I was Banned Because I was Threatening a Person that I will report him on side chat and I also used to call him Retarted and Idiot

Why should we unban you ?
I Want to be unbaned because After this Ban I didn't learn only my one and tow mistakes but much more things , I Learned That there is no wey to Be forgiven with money , excuses or begging no matter who you are or what you are and I respected that fact so much that I know I did the wrost mistake in best server . I learn my lesson that I Must Read The Rules even 100 times if I have to to be safer for the future , and that there is big very big struggle if I brake any Rules from these... I took my lesson for my mistakes I should of kept my self cam and deal with it on teamspeak and I also had enough time to learn rules that I couldn't remember about , since I got denied one time I understand now how more serius things work around and I wanna come back and give my best I'm really sorry Server for what I did , and to admins for what I made them to do .. please give me another chance

I  was banned for (1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban
After I got rdm on me I start swearing to that person on side channel that I am going to report him because for what he did his retarted and idiot
but after telling him that I will report him even tho I got only reported for 1.3 after reading good the rules and everything i realized I also broke the rule (2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

I should Text Them on theyr Mobile that I am waiting them on TeamSpeak to descuss the situation , keep my self ametur  using bad language is going  to make things wrose , im just gonna talk calm and nice for the situation that happened.

(3.4) Side (OOC) chat roleplay is forbidden. You must not use side chat to broadcast events that you observe (for example, you may not broadcast "X are going to rob the bank". The exception is advertising your in game business.

(3.4) I shouldn't be saying to the OOC chat that what Run I was doing because that would couse me trouble and maybe to other people that might was doing it at same time with me , even tho I knew that 7 people we were only online and I was just asking them advice of how to buy a house  and then told them why I wanted it and what was up to , I m never gonna do such a mistake that might couse drouble to me and other players around me

(1.3) no matter that guy was my alliance gang leader and we are very close even tought we were talking about money and I said the word homo expect hobo for this reason ) (OOC) Cpt. Spartak :Why 5k to that homo quinn he cant afford that amount ( some time later couple days I was watching Alfred and I explained me that homo is deffrent and hobo is deffrent so I wont excuse because he was a friend or that was a mistake cuz of my English because im pretty sure that's very old from people around , so im pretty sorry for that I wont ever talk like this on OCC no matter if his even my family member )

since I said the quinn guy cant afford that amount of 5mil I feel like this is also a rule I broke.
I'm sorry I don't know how more honest I can be more than prove my self in future there is no reason for me to excuse or something everything is so old and since you give as a second chance that's already more than enought to be honest and that's it .all this weeks banned I was just reading rules and watching other peoples actions I learned so much
I don't wanna struggle again so long I will just disable OOC never use it cuz my English is bad and people take me in bad wey

Being new is no excuse for breaking rules. You also have a warning for landing in the greenzone.

I suggest you re-read the rules before you next log into the game. 

As you've found out to your cost, this is a community based on strict rules. Disregarding them has consequences, and once banned, that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned.
