In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned because I crashed a police vehicle and it exploded killing other players by accident.

Why should we unban you.
It was an accident, I was trying to speed away with a police vehicle that I had acquired with my friend (this was roleplay, because we were criminals), and thinking my driving skills were good enough to handle the speed, but the problem was that, it was the fastest police vehicle, the one with the hunchback or something, so I didn't expect the car to suddenly accelerate so fast. It was all my fault but it was an accident. I made a mistake and I regret it and I've also learned from it. In the future I will not over-do and not let my cockyness get to my driving skills. We all make mistakes so I hope you can see past this.

Anyone carrying gear or money from their run means they lose all that, and then have to make a compensation request if they have the evidence for it. Being the only staff member online to see it, that then falls to me, meaning less time patrolling the island dealing with real rule breakers.

It may have been a laugh for you, but it causes fallout for others.

I fully understand the hassle it can cause. Being the victim of RDM when I had no money and was about to finally sell some weed in-game, then lost all my stuff, car and was so frustrated at having literally nothing. However, I did not report this player, because he said sorry, and said it was because he tabbed in and left clicked ( he was using a laptop ), so I forgave him for it. The car crash was part roleplay, part mistake. When you want to roleplay a criminal, you must take risks in order to succeed, this involves going faster than normal speed to get away. My intention was to sell the car to a rebel and I crashed as an accident. I did not crash the vehicle on purpose.

It wasn't funny to me, not that I know of anyway. I actually went off due to frustation of losing everything and not making any money. Considering me and my friend lost our stuff, not sure, think we had pistols on us at the time? I can't even remember killing people, I only remember crashing and then going off out of frustation then wondering why my status was banned when attempting to join the NHS, which leads me to here.

Keep in mind the Vehicle I was driving was literally the fastest vehicle I've ever driven, and due to my hours played, I'm not exactly the best driver.

In my own words, VDM is basically just using your vehicle inappropriately to cause problems, like crashing, ramming other people's stuff or to cause an explosion to be a jerk and abuse the vehicle system.

I did not VDM under your VDM rule, my intention was not to cause an explosion, it was to get away with a stolen vehicle for RP purposes. I feel sorry for whoever died from that explosion, but an accident is something I can only apologise for.

Apology accepted. I would however urge you to brush up on your driving skills. I do not mind if people choose to drive recklessly, so long as it does not end in the deaths of other road users. Intent or not, the result for them is the same. 

As far as it being an accident, I wish I had my footage from the night as I'm sure it showed more than just an accident. But as I don't have it, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
