In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Role 2-5, which says RDM and if I think back of what happened, I accidently knocked 2 players down when tryin to shot their tires on the car. This person pmed me that I should join TS and I told them that it was not on purpose to knock them down.

Why should we unban you ?
Because im a active player that helps alot of players out. Im also enjoying this server and are following the rules, this is a missunderstanding.

You have been banned for rule number 2.5. This rule is combat logging. The ban notes state that you at first knocked someone out without speaking to them firstly and that after being arrested by the cops that you disconnect while in the police car.

Could you quote rule 2.5 to me and explain how you broke this and why we have this rule on our server.

Oh alright, (2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). .....

Rules says that you are not allowed to exit the game on purpose to escape like arrests, being chased etc....   my story of this is - It started where me and my buddies were just hanging around, I was at 20% hp so when the cops came I did not have time to react, i got knocked down and set in his car.. He then left his car for what i felt, a long time with me just sitting there. Idk if he chased my buddies on foot but I were in the car for a long time 

After time passed I just exited the game and joined back on instantly, the purpose was not escaping the police officer, If he wanted to give me a ticket sure.. if he wanted to arrest me sure but since he did not say what I were detained for and what were gonna happen it led to me doing that and yes.. It was stupid, I regret it and wont repeat it..

if i could redo what happened, I would not exit the game, I would of wait for the officer to get back to the car so he can explain to me what I were detained for. Also take my punishment if there were any. Sir @KingGodDiabloZ

 
Why did you decide to bump your ban appeal by putting a message "Greetings". It clearly states in the unban appeal rules that when you bump a topic it reserves us the right to deny the ban appeal instantly.

tbh it was not meant to be bumped in first place, cus i did not know it went on top.. When I found out it was too late and i could not undo what i had done... stupidity and a tired man made that happen.

I am willing to give you a second chance. However there will be a few small terms to this. You will need to promise me the following:

  1. Before going in-game you will read over all the server rules again and if you do have any questions about them come to Join for Support and ask.
  2. When you are in a situation where you think someone has left you alone in a car or whatever you will NOT log-out but instead send an admin request raising your concerns and ask them for help. 
  3. If you are seen breaking one of the following rules: Poor roleplay, RDM or Combat logging. You will NOT receive a warning but this will be a ban.
