You may not have been angry, but you were definitely something and that something is not what we like here. It does not add any value to the community and with the excuse "I had a bad day". What happens when you have another bad day and this time you let loose on someone who is less forgiving?

 I prromise this won't happen again, I will try to control myself from now on , I will try to control my self better

 
How will you go about keeping that promise? What will you do to avoid bringing that sort of attitude to our community again?

I will take breaks when I'm playing so I don't heat up while playing. I will also give the rules few more reads just to make sure it's all clear.

 
What would you do if something similar happened again ?

I will record a video with recording system and if something like that happened , I will talk to the man in charge and I will come back to start where I left.
