(1.7) As a roleplay game every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense. Things like the following; do not swear at people (out of roleplay), troll people, or bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from our servers.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
My mistake was that I ought not to swear to the word that I was making. Admin did it right. The law of the server says that I should not use sentences such as swearing for my own personal benefit, and it was my mistake that I used in the TeamSpeak, And I met with the good behavior of admin

Why should we unban you ?
After what happened to the Server ( Hackers ) ,I saw a message from admin (Nalurah) to join the [teamSpeak-join for support]. befor that I was going to buy a vehicle . on the way , my vehicle was destroyed And I was thrown to the sky with high altitude.

When the heights dropped, I saw that when I was dealing with the sea. When I hit that sea, I became anxious. The admin spoke with me that we revived all the players. But I was killed by choking because of being under water. I spoke to Admin about this and described my problem, but the answer that was given to me was such that, for example, I was lying, because it was incredible, I'm sure you do not believe me either. I did not complain about this for my own personal interests, but because of the discomfort that occurred when my money was lost.

I will review the rules again for more confidence. There is a proverb : "Human must learn from his mistakes."

I understand where I have gone wrong and I can assure you that a situation like this will not be happening again.

First up, let's completely cut the act of "Well I did die, but the admin labeled me a liar" while simultaneously apologising for it. During the aftermath of a hacker attack, the staff team were busy issuing compensations and helping with crowd control, you decided "I can get a quick buck" let's not beat around the bush with that.

My question to you, is how are we supposed to have any form of trust that you can abide by our rules? You've been banned already and stated you'd abide by them, so how come you end up on our doorstep once again?

Human makes a mistake during his life, these mistakes are often superficial and not intentionally done. At the end, any falsehoods do these mistakes, but these are not deliberate. These are due to things that are happened to us. "Human with forgiveness Correction his mistakes not with Anger and suffering to him."

I read the rules for several times, and I will continue to make these mistakes no longer. Our mistakes are from our emotions. I read in the avatar of one of the admins who wrote: "The mistakes of humans are because they do something without thinking"

yours were not a mistake, you on purpose try to come and get ingame money after a hacker attack. 
 i even dont see a point why we should let you back in. if you are already gonna lie about some digital money in a game.

at first I'm not lying to you, I'm just trying to get back to the server. Meanwhile, the reason for my being out of the server is violation of law 1.7. We do not talk about money. Talking about legality, you are entering an out of topic discussion.

I've checked all the RP servers and I have not found any better server than this server, I do not see any reason to ban myself  for a variety of reasons, including the lie you talk about.

okey since you are not making up for YOUR mistakes. 
i quote the banning staffmember. "After a hacker attack he joined TS asking for 15 million comp as he claimed to have taken it out to buy a huron. When checking his money logs he never even had 7 million in his bank. He was clearly lying to make some money out of the hacker attack. "

Yes we have logs that we can check to see who is lying. The reason you got banned for 1.7 is bracuse it is common sense, That after a hacker attack you come to ts 
and tell us what you actually lost and not try to tell us porkies. on top of that you come here and appeal and start lying again. this must be something you do on a regular base. i suggest you come back when you are ready to make up for your mistakes.
