In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for logging out during a situtation I thought was over. Its was 5 minutes in, I ran away form poilce and I couldnt hear anyone round me so I thought the situtation was over I then logged out for the night because I had to go out. I logged in Sunday morning 9/16/18.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel I done nothing wrong, I just came off 6 month banned and my roleplay had been fantastic I made loads of friends, I feel I havent done anything wrong I feel the situtation was missed judge I had to go out I waited in still the situtation was over I hear no one round me no poilce, no civ, nobody I then went out for 2 hours and went bed. I feel I should be unbanned cause I been following the rules and my role has been amazing I have also been helping civ make money (ingame) and giving them advise on how to talk to people. I also really love the server and over last week I cant stay off it. I feel my roleplay uquie and fun I was going to become a medic today I was going to apply and try get in. Thank you for reading I hope I can be back on the server soon.

Let's have a quick play by play, you kill a chap just outside kavala hospital just as myself, Drew and Aiden pull up. We see the back of you vanish around the corner. I give chase and see you being followed by another guy, the friend of the guy who you had just killed. He tells me you've hidden in a house and I move in to find you but before I can you abort to the lobby and log out. It was virtually 2 minutes after you killed the guy, you knew you were being chased and made no attempt to escape and instead logged out so unfortunately your excuse will not wash.

 
I had no idea I was even being chased I was in the house thinking I escaped I then took my headset off waiting for 5 second timer to go down I left thinking the situtation was over. I then logged in about 9 hours later to find out I been banned. If I knew I was being chased of just said I need to (leave the island) and you could of gave me a fine. I general had no idea I was being chased Im sorry I understand this was my last warning so if im not unbanned I understand thank you for letting me play on your server and allowing me to make some great friends. Yet again im sorry I general had no idea. I have been trying really hard to keep up my outstanding roleplay I made many friends. I feel like this is misunderstanding if I didnt take of my headset when I did I wouldnt been banned all I can say now is Im deepy sorry and if I unbanned I will insure this stupid mistake wont happen again, yet again I understand if you decide to keep me banned due my history. I do understand I done wrong and Im really sorry for being a idoit I know I messed up because in rules it say 15 minutes I was careless im cant apologies enough for agro I caused.

If you ran away from police, that would indicate you were fully aware they were looking for you and given it was done in front of 3 senior staff members, one of whom has painted a detailed picture of what went down, not only did you break a rule, you're trying to get out of it by telling porkies. 

3 bans, 6 warnings. Unfortunately you've proven time and time again you've an inability to follow even the most basic rules. 

Appeal Denied. Maybe another 6 months will give you the opportunity to mature.
