Reason given for your ban.
VDM

The Server you initially were banned on.
Server 1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I'm not entirely sure as to why I was banned, and I'm also not entirely sure what "VDM" means, a friend told me it means "Vehicle Death Match", if this means crashing into someone's vehicle then I do recall an event where this occurred however no one was actually in this vehicle and they were simply standing close to it, however again no one was hurt except me. If crashing into someone is what VDM means then I do also recall an event where this took place however I can assure you this wasn't my fault, I was driving my truck in Favala at about 60 km/h and someone just walked out infront of me, there was nothing I could do. I also recall another event where some people may of died due to my truck but this was out of my control, I was driving in Favala again and my truck randomly just exploded, I'm not sure if anyone died in this but it was not my fault. I'm not sure if I have done any wrong doing but if I have, I sincerely apologize.

Why should we unban you ?
I've not been playing this server for very long but I've been really getting into it with a few friends of mine. I've made some friends on the server which I believe I won't get to speak to again without playing. Since I first started playing this server I knew it was most likely going to be the best roleplay server out there so when I recieved my ban notification when trying to log into the server I was truly devastated. I apologize again for any wrong doing and hope that I may be able to join the server again. Thanks in advance.

Read the rules and explain the VDM rule in your own words.
"VDM" is a rule meaning "Vehicle Deathmatch", this rule basically means using your vehicle irresponsibly/as a nuisance(like a weapon), a few examples of this include running over people(which I assume is the main one), exploding your vehicle around other people, ramming and other stuff related to that. This rule is to prevent people from being unfairly killed without much of a warning(which isn't good RP), so therefore if you use a vehicle as a weapon to create a deathmatch then it will trigger you to be banned.

I would like to also again apologize for any wrong doing that I may of done.

Thanks in advance.

If you accidentally VDMed someone what would you do?

If you accidentally VDMed someone what would you do?
If I was to accidentally VDM someone I would stop everything I was doing at that moment and apologize to the person whom I accidentally VDMed, I would then ask if they wanted to take the situation to Teamspeak for it to resolved and so that RP was not interrupted. I would want to give this person my story as to why I accidentally VDMed them so that they have an understanding of what really happened. Most of the time I do record and I do have the ability to record the last 5 minutes of my gameplay, so I would use this ability to record the VDM incident to present to this person to show that the VDM was accidental.

Would you not attempt to roleplay the situation?

Would you not attempt to roleplay the situation?
It honestly depends, after looking at the rules I have noticed that VDM is a serious rule, however I've also greatly noticed how much more serious the roleplay is in this community than another places which I really respect. I would most-likely record the situation straight away and then see what the response of the person I VDMed was as well as the people around me, If the response was of the nature of roleplay I would quite happily take part in that roleplay however if these players were very serious about the situation and unhappy of what happened I would probably do what I mentioned above and quoted below.

So in your eyes is breaking server rules okay in roleplay?
I don't at all think that breaking server rules is okay in roleplay, however in an incident like the mentioned one I would like to maintain the roleplay aspect and then try to sort out the situation afterwards on Teamspeak.  In the rules it does state to roleplay everything so I would therefore want to roleplay the situation (that doesn't mean I think breaking server rules is okay in roleplay.)

(3.1) Roleplay Everything - You must stay in character at all times. Please ensure you’re not on side-chat.

Very well. Be sure to type in either out OOC chat or direct communication chat with // in front of your message (To indicate it is out of roleplay) if you attempt to get the other party on Teamspeak.

Are you now ready to follow all of our rules?
