in all honesty i do not remember everything that happened but i remeber spawning in a game and somewthing happened was told to do something and as i was doing it my game crashed tried to rejoin and stated i was banned at which poiint i throw a hissy fit and just left.

Why should we unban you ?
i realised my mistake and instead of acting like a 2 year old who lost his toys should of tried properly to resolve the issue. my mistake made me lose out and i enjoy ed playing on this server i was getting right into it and since upgrading my computer wish to be bale to join again and hopefully be able to make good room and improve my RP within this server tried playing others but none that i get on with like i do with this one, also with it being a uk server im able to communicate better on this server than other ones

Right, can you please quote the rules you have broken and explain them in your own words. 

 
(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the red zone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

THE USE OF ANY VEHICLE TO RANDOMLY KILL EVEN BY ACCIDENT WITHOUT STARTING ROLEPLAY IS CLASSED AS VDM. THE ONLY VEHICLES ALLOWED TO RAM ARE THE IFRITS HUNTERS AND STRIDERS CAN RAM EACH OTHER DUE TO THEM BEING ABLE TO TAKE MORE DAMAGE AND WILL NOT EXPLODE IMMEDIATELY.

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). 

THIS IS BASICALLY QUITTING THE GAME TO EITHER SAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT OR TO PREVENT THE LOSS OF EQUIPMENT. TO AVOID RP AND USING IT AS A CHEAT AND QUICK WAY TO GET AWAY FROM A SITUATION. THIS CAN BE PREVENT IF AN IMMEDIATE ATTEMPT to contact and explain to either admin or staff member

So is it okay to kill someone with a vehicle if you RP with them first?

 
AT NO time are you allowed to use a vehicle to kill someone only mraps vehicles are allowed to ram other MRAPS vehicles. All killing is to be done within good roleplay. sorry if i made it sound like its ok to use a vehicle to kill.

 
If you were to be unbanned you would have your account wiped, do you agree to this condition?

May i ask why my account would be wiped. As it isnt like i have alot at the moment anyway. I have licences and some vehicles i dont have any weapons or anything of major value

But if that what is needed then i would agree yes. 

And yes i agree to follow all the rules i have read and re read the rules for the servers
