because i assume its an auto-ban phrase and i didn't want to use the actual word to describe what i said as thats an obviously bannable offence

Why should we unban you ?
On every server i play on, i do an act, sometimes its an extremist, sometimes its just me, and sometimes, its a Redneck.
One thing i didn't realise (which really its retarded not to realise) is that you cant say the n word in roleplay. so I was told not to say it and that was that, but someone asked in sidechat what i said and i responded with "Nibba", thinking it was obvious what i said but not actually saying it, as outside of roleplay is a different story. i was wrong, both to say the thing in side chat but also in direct, and if you look at the logs it'll show that i apologised afterwards. At least now i know to steer clear from any variation of the word in a chat. Also, the rule i was referred to was 1.2, which states no discrimination, and neither of the contexts i said the word in (both in character and out) was discriminate in nature. So all i ask is, if it isn't much to ask, is to have a second chance, I've only just came back to this server after two years and i'm used to communities which are a bit more forgiving. and i think that if i was to be given a second chance then i'd steer clear of such discrepancies in the future

No it doesn’t make it acceptable, just stating that I’m not going out of my way to make anyone in the community feel like shit. Plus I wanted to get my story straight

(1.2) Discrimination of any kind is punished by a permanent ban without appeal.

I believe it means that to not treat others fairly and without bias based on a specific trait they have, then its punishable to a ban without appeal, no matter why you discriminate. whether it be sex, age, ability (or lack of) or in my case, race.

The reason i wanted to appeal, however, is because as I did say something racist, I didn't use it to treat another player differently, or as an insult. Instead to use it in (admittedly a controversial)  stereotypical, 60's, southern truck driver persona for the sake of roleplay, which if im allowed to access the server again, will never try to re-create and instead use my normal self instead.

But, we are going to give you another chance. And i do not want to see you again in the future for something like this.
