So I recently did something stupid on the server what I got banned for. So I went on teamspeak to message the admin involved and as soon as I did drew perma banned me. I have messaged many admins and I have never had this problem.

Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be unbanned because the only thing i was trying to do was resolve a situation with an admin however he just completely blanked me and didn't tell me to stop or give me a warning. Also by the fact i don't think he liked me so i feel it was also done to spite me as again i have messaged many admins and have never had this problem. It was not as if i didn't ask nicely i always respect staff as they deserve. I also need to be unbanned as using teamspeak is a big help to me whether it be with gangs or just needing an admin for something.

Tell us what you said to him, quote the chatlogs if you can please. 

 
I didn't even message drew as I didn't have any power to do I messages another admin and asked him to ask drew and it was about a month ago so I have no idea what I said to the admin.

 
Staff are here to help, so messaging them is not considered an issue unless it's about a ban.  Drew followed protocol in this case and suggesting it's because he doesn't like you isn't going to help your case.

We have an forum unban appeal process for a reason, why did you not take that path?

 
The reason i wanted to speak with him was because i think he thought that i was trying to get out of my ban by me pretending i was my brother however that was me doing that to be NHS (This has been sorted). So i just wanted to clear things up with that i wasn't using my "brother" to get out of the ban. Also i had messaged many admins before and stupidly i haven't read the rules of teamspeak as i rarely use it unless to speak with someone or an admin. So because i usually message admins and haven't seen the rule i thought it was okay as i haven't be punished by another admin and some admins even say its okay to be messaged. So again i was talking to him about my ban just wanted to clear something up and i had no idea you weren't allowed to messaged someone.

 
Whilst it may have been 'sorted' can you explain a little about pretending it was your brother regarding NHS, which may or may not provide an insight into your character.

So basically my friend is in the NHS and he wanted me to join and i also really want to join so i said i wouldn't be able to get in so he just told me to lie. So i went and made my application. After that i went to go join the server and found out i was banned which before i was unaware of. I then obviously had to go to teamspeak to ask why. I was speaking with an admin and then this is when drew came along. Obviously i had started my lie and my friend told me to continue with it so i did. Then after a while i just said we will have to come to a conclusion later. Then that night i thought id just tell the truth as its not worth being banned. So i tried to contact him to sort it out and that is when you just ignored me and banned me.

 
In order to proceed with a Teamspeak ban you will need to post the ban message that you get in Teamspeak. You will also need your Teamspeak UID

  • You can find this in Teamspeak by going to the Settings - Identities 
  • When you find your TSUID PM it to the staff member handling your dispute
 
Snake I will remove your TS ban so long as you state you understand you must not and cannot message staff if that message relates to an unban appeal...

Can you confirm you understand this?

 
Yes I understand that I can not message any staff member involving a ban appeal and I should go to the forums instead.
