In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for downing a nhs member after he screams at me after i rob a store 'get on the ground get on the ground' so i shoot him i didnt even finish him off because i felt bad as i didnt realise he was nhs at the moment, however i did call nhs for him and left, after this he reported me on the forums which i failed to see unfortunately as ive been off for a couple of days and i didnt reply therefor i couldnt provide my side of the situation.

This is the rule i broke: (2.12) NHS Medics -The NHS are here to help and revive people and have less than 10 slots on the 130 slot server. It is a bannable offence to kill a medic, take their vehicle or take them hostage. In the Redzone medics may be killed however all other rules regarding medics apply.

Why should we unban you ?
Because i was unable to reveal my side of the story, he didnt die he was only downed and then helped up by another nhs member and i was sorry that i did shoot him however if someone is obviously armed and is robbing a store in real life you wouldnt go up to them as a unarmed person/nhs member and tell them a joke to 'get on the ground' and the final reason for my unbanning is that honestly ive only played on the server for a total of 10 hours and during that time i utterly enjoyed my stay, met alot of nice people in that brief time and if it makes any difference this is my first offense. P.S sorry to the nhs member honestly you spooked the hell outa me

Are you sure?  Are you sure he didn't say as he stood there unarmed and in an NHS uniform 'get on the ground now you need healing get down" then ask nicely for you to put your gun away.

If he truly said you need healing, then he either didn’t say it in game or I didn’t hear him all I heard was someone saying get in the ground get on the ground, if he did say you need healing then am sorry but I didn’t hear anything other than get on the ground, there was no mention of him telling me to put down my gun and if he did than that’s not the sort of thing you say to a armed robber after saying get on the ground is it?

This is not real life though is it? We have rules, we all must abide by them. Yes ofcourse we have a heavily realistic theme throughout of our server however you must follow rules, you must respect the rules and you must roleplay.
