I got banned because I hit a guy with my quadbike, and Admin saw it.

Why should we unban you ?
I was trying to park my quadbike to the side of the road, there was about 5 people standing and I got huge lag spike and that caused me to accidentally drive someone over, I am very sorry about that happening and I didnt have time to even say sorry when admin just said ''stop I will ban you for that''. Next time I will be more carefull when I try to park my quadbike.

Well, you drove me over first, I thought that was  a accident.. But instead of stopping you drove on at like 4/5 km/h, easily slow enough to stop.. You went on the sidewalk and drove someone else over too. It very much looked like you did that on purpose.

 
Trust me, it was an accident, I will be buying new gpu so my fps would be more stable, now I cannot even record while I play arma, but roleplay.co.uk is pretty much the only server I play on. But its hard to park quadbike when you dont have stable fps, I tried to drive slowly so I would not hit anybody with my quad If I would get some lag spike. 

 
If you accidentally VDMed someone what would you do?

 
Well, I would roleplay the situation out : I would get out from my car and I would say sorry and get a explanation like ''My brakes did not work'', then I would ask if the guy is ok. If he is not ok, I would take him to hospital and pay the hospital bills because, I did hit the guy so I need to take the responsibility.
