A cop arrested me and was escorting my to a prison and I left the game.

Why should we unban you ?
I regret wanting to escape my trial. If needed I would gladly pay the original fine and prison sentence

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

I broke this law by logging out while being escorted to prison.

What I did at that certain moment was the wrong way to react to a gentleman that was just roleplaying and doing his job. It wasn't only extremely immature but also not roleplaying like I schould do. I enjoyed the time that I spent on the server alot and would after my unban never even try to do something like this again. I regret what I did sincerely.

I would never even try to break a rule again. The joy and fun I get of this server is just too much to risk it for. So yes i am 100% sure! If i'm not sure of a rule i will certainly ask someone or look it up

 
That trying to escape a certain situation with breaking a rule is not the way to go. Always keep the RP and follow the rules

 
what will you do if you are in a rp session or a gunfight, and you game crash for any reason,

I always record through shadowplay. So I would go to the forums with the evidence and show that I didn't do anything on purpose

 
What about trying to contact the other party via TS/forum? Explaining what happened?

As "game crashing' and "internet issues" is used alot as a excuse I don't think with no evidence you can really prove it so. That's why I would rather just send evidence

 
If you log back on as soon as possible and contact the other person OOC with an explanation, offering to resume RP from where it left off, no evidence is required. If there's any delays in you getting back online, then yes, your answer would be the best course of action.  

I feel you've learned your lesson and deserve a second chance. Remember, this ban will stay on your record and will be taken into consideration should you break our rules in the future.
