In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Because of the stupid adrenaline rush I decided to log out as I was being chased by the police. In all honesty I thought I lost them but as I was logging out I heard their footsteps around me so I should have stopped logging out, sadly I didn't because I was cowardly. I don't exactly know why he decided to ban me for "Teleporting" instead of Combat logging but oh well.

Why should we unban you ?
As soon as I logged out I calmed down and stopped being a cowardly shithead so I logged back in. I wanted to make it up to whoever was chasing me (Didn't know it was the police), say sorry and compensate them. Sadly I by mistake spawned in Athira instead of Agios. As soon as I spawned and realized that I spawned in the wrong city, I jumped in my sports car and was hurrying back to Agios, hoping they would still be there. That's when I got kicked.
I realize that what I did was stupid, childish and most of all, cowardly. It is not okay to just log out as a last resort as it's ruining the whole point of roleplaying. I have quite a long history with this server and I would really love to keep being there as it's an awesome, amazing server with great RP and a lot of nice people.
I honestly just feel extremely stupid because of what I did, I tried to fix it but even fucked that up.
I just hope I'll be able to come back to this great island and keep being a part of a good, fun community.

Also another thing I would like to add. I don't know if whoever reads this knows this, but I found Mr. Long beard on teamspeak as soon as I got kicked from the server. (It said kicked on my screen, not banned). When I reached out to him I didn't even know that I was banned. I reached out to him because since he kicked me for teleporting, I was hoping he was playing that admin spectator mode, therefor he might have known who was chasing me. With that in mind I wanted to ask him who was chasing me as I wanted to find them and ask them to meet me on teamspeak so that we could resolve this. As I messaged him he told me that the police was chasing him (Himself) and that I was banned, so it was too late to try to resolve my mistake.

Now ofc anyone can say that, no matter what they really had in mind, but that was really what I wanted to do. I understood immediately (Before the ban) that I made a stupid, cowardly mistake and wanted to resolve it and say sorry.

Just to clarify your question.

The reason you were not banned for combat logging, was simply because I couldn't be 100% on whether you knew you were still being pursued.  As we approached the door of the house you'd entered, no words were spoken by either party and you aborted to lobby. A few moments later, you spawned in Athira, which is (2.11)  You have since admitted to knowing we were searching for you and closing in and aborted to avoid being caught, so yes, this is combat logging.  Thank you for your honesty. 

 
The rule I broke is (2.5) combat logging. It is a rule that says that you are not allowed log out as a mean to get out of a bad situation, no matter what happens.

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

(2.11) Teleporting, Once you have spawned in you are unable to respawn unless you have been killed or are stuck in a position due to a bug (please take screenshots), For example you cannot respawn to get to another location quicker - Punishment is a ban.

 
Could you please provide me with your Steam ID? The one you provided in your appeal doesn't seem to be correct.

After reading through the appeal I believe @SI LONG BEARD has came to the conclusion that you should of been banned for 2.5 not 2.11.  So for the remainder of this appeal you will be disputing rule 2.5 .

Can you please explain to us what the rule means (In your own words - the more detail the better)

The rule says that as soon as any kind of contact, vocal or leading up to vocal (Here I mean obvious police/rebel chases that clearly are meant for initiation of RP or laying dead awaiting medical assistance) is made, it is not allowed to log out of the server until the roleplay has come to an end. This rule also includes any instances of logging off in threatening situations that may lead to gear loss, capture or in other ways unfavorable incidents. The short version being: If you are involved in any kind of roleplay or unfavorable incident that has not been resolved, logging off to interrupt it prematurely is not allowed. No matter what. 

 
I always try to keep the roleplay at a top level, whether its a robbery or a random encounter on the roads of Altis. I have been a part of this server for over a year and my main goal has always been to spread my own passion and love for the server, through quality roleplay and good deeds. I like driving around just searching for people who crashed or need help in any other way, because that opens up roleplay possibilities which are what this server is all about. I love roleplay and it is what makes me come back again and again, every time I meet someone I try to make them feel the same way and make them want to come back.

Definitely. I see this as very significant stumble on my otherwise clean slate. I have learned to never let my guard down when it comes to bad impulses and it won't happen again.
