I was banned for breaking rules. Rule number which I broke is 2.8 and I broke it because I was saying to voice chat “I am going to report you” etc. So I just broke RP in voice. And I said it a lot of times so I do not even wonder why was I banned.

Why should we unban you ?
First my punishment last one month and so I am ready to roleplay again without breaking rules because is it a long time for me. Another thing is that I did not realize what I did in octobre of 5th. After I read rules and now I now everything about your server. I am really glad that u banned me because if I would not I would never read your rules on this website.

Why did you decide to break these rules in the first place? Why did you not read the rules when you joined?

 
I missed some parts of rules because I had to hurry up because my friend wanted to play.

Basically I was out of my character so I just broke RP by saying to voice chat things like "Ban is incoming" and I said it couple of times excatly i think 5 times. It was rude from me to do this and I really regret this. I was not acquainted about rules and as said I read your rules and I am ready to RP again!

You've had 3 appeals denied because of not following directions and for lack of effort. It's getting beyond a joke now and it's getting to the point where you're just wasting our time.

Please answer the ALL of the questions you have been asked.

John has asked you to quote the rules you broke from the rules page and then explain those rules in your own words, please do so.

 
(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

Rule says that I can not break RP so I am not supposted to tell people that “You are gonna be banned“ and some stuff like that. I can use forums or teamspeak to discuss with people. If is someone random death match  me I can contact him by using text system if he is not on teamspeak or on the forums. But I can not use it for antagonise the other players. It is used just for resloving issues.

 
I will roleplay without breaking rules and definitely i will not threat to report to the voice chat. I am also really acquainted about every other rule. I will be kind to people on the server and if they would break some rule I would warm them and also I would contact the admin. I will also explain something to some new people if they would need help.
