I was banned for trying to lockpick a vehicle in the greenzone.

Why should we unban you ?
Becuase its been quite a time since I commited my "crime". I've learnt my mistakes and im ready to participate in some real RP. I am very sorry for my actions and it will never be repeated. This was just a petty mistake from my part, I will assure you that I have read the rules times time, for reals.

Can you explain the rule you broke in your own words

 
Stealing another man's car in a specified area is not allowed. This is because this mostly is done for the trolls sake, and not to create a serious role-play situation. In real life, this would be hard to perform, as you risk major consequenses, and yet to mention this is a real-life roleplay server.

Sorry about that, exams. So, a safezone is a greenzone which is a marked area around popular cities and government "services" as Police HQs and Hospitals. The greenzone encourages role-play and interaction by providing safety and "protection" for everyone inside the zone. The safezone prohibits weapons, robbing, killing or lockpicking vehicles. The greenzone rule can't be exploited by using it as a safe heaven (running into the zone during a combat situation.
