I failed in role play by messaging cops when I was at gun point.

Why should we unban you.

These are the reasons he was banned... failed to listen to my warnings about texting while in restraints, robber asked him to come in teamspeak to resolve the fact that the police wouldn't have known about the robbery if he hadn't broken a rule, then threatened to report the guy if he tried to report him.

Thats a negative. This man was very harassing towards me on side chat. I simply stated that I would not enter his channel as to be yelled at or scolldid. I texted cops before i was restrained and after, you can check logs. also; i am new to the sever an didn't understand the team speak. It would not load for me at all. 

I didnt fail to listen. I couldnt get on Team speak. I was brand new and you ban me???? makes no sense
