I was banned for shooting a player without initiating. I should have attempted to communicate with them beforehand and offer a dialogue
Why should we unban you ?
The incident is mainly down to frustration on my part, me and my friend just did 3 ore runs in a row and got robbed by the same guys at the refinery each time. We both submitted police reports but they weren't handled. We figured robbing a gas station would be an acceptable way to make some sort of money before we called it a night. I was frustrated when nobody showed up to help us, but they showed up at the gas station within 1 minute.
This isn't a good enough excuse to take such an action by any means, I was just explaining my frame of mind at the time the incident occurred. I've calmed down since and the punishment of not being able to play with my friends is enough to deter me from such action in the future. I apologized to Junior in chat after the event and didn't join TS due to it being somewhere near 3am. If this incident were to occur again I would join in an attempt to resolve as I was under the impression i'd be able to log on today and sort it out.
