In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for apparently combat logging, this happened when i was being escorted via Police car after i had been arrested previously, i was on low hp and they hit a bump and my character had died, i waited the full time to respawn and then got banned while respawning.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe that this was a mistake as i had died and did not log off until the respawn timer had finished and then was going to respawn and as i did, i got banned. so that they could have revived me if they knew where my body was, however this was not the case.

Ok so your story doesn't seem to match the one on your notes. Why did you decide to respawn instead of roleplay with the officers while they get you revived?

As i said, i waited the full respawn time and they didn't come and revive me. Because they didn't come and find me, i wasn't going to wait and i was respawning and then i get the ban message.

It appears that your story and the story of the banning staff member don't exactly go hand in hand. 

You don't happen to have a video of this situation do you?

Unfortunately i did not get a recording. But i will happily see the situation from the banning staff member's POV.

 
Hello, unfortunately I don't have any video evidence of this ban and cannot clearly remember the situation due to the fact it was back on January. This being said however, I would not have issued a ban and put detailed ban notes if I was not completely convinced on what had happened. 

Lastly, if the police car we were traveling in had hit something which would have resulted in your death, I'm sure my patrol partners and I would have realised that you died due to our driving and a ban would not have been issued as it would have been the drivers fault for your death. 

(Apologies for not having a recording but back in January I had a space issue - I.e. I only had 1Tb which was completely full so could not record)

 
Due to the lack of proper evidence, rememberance, recall of the incident on how this exactly happen am going to give you a chance to play here again.
