In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
It was pretty obvious from the appeal looking back at it. It was really stupid of me to think that it was ok im not really sure what I was thinking to be honest. The reason was VDM and probably a bit of RDM too.

Why should we unban you ?
Well what I was trying to do was a terror attack (very badly) kind of like on other servers however I was unaware that its not in the rules and of course especially not in a green zone.
I believe this ban could have been avoided in the first place had I explained this to the admins however I did not.
I haven't played much altis since I was banned as this is the only server that's any good (IMO).
I am now aware of the terror rules and wont try to do it again, I also dont believe that I had any prior reports to this incident which explains my ignorance to the rules.

[SIZE=medium](2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).[/SIZE]

Basically just trying to kill or harm people via use of a vehicle.I broke then when I started dropping cars and when I 'suicide bombed' using my heli.

(2.7) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense. Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on team speak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers in game and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or permanent ban depending on the severity).

This just outlines anyone being a dick and purposely trying or annoy others in game. I broke this throughout the whole report to be honest as the act could easily be considered a trolly act.

(2.13) Please keep all aviation 300m above any green zone excluding the airport (This is to make sure any role play is not disturbed).

This is pretty obvious in my case as I was flying low in the green zone.

These rules are in place for a number of reasons but primarily just to protect the server from trolls in the case of 2.7 and to protect against BS deaths/kills in the case of 2.1 that stops passenger seating and suicide bombing, which I was unaware of at the time of my report unfortunately.

That's a lot of rules to break in one go.  Having looked at the videos in that report, I'm not buying it that you were trying to RP anything. I've seen how much carnage you caused that night, destroying many peoples RP and trying to create as much disruption as possible. Taking the terrorist attack out of the equation, you also broke many other rules which regardless of your alleged RP would and should been well known to you.

Also reading through your chat logs, I see you were doing something similar the previous night.

It's clear you were trolling and your goal was to create as much destruction as possible at the expense of other community members.  I have no faith that you won't do something like this in the future and you're far too big a risk to let back on our servers.

For that reason, appeal denied.
