Why should we unban you ?
As i have read the rules very well and familiar with them, i know RDM is not allowed and punishable by a ban. However , at the time i had no intention of RDM and did not mean it by anyway. I have read the rules once more to familiarize myself with them even more to not do this action again and any illegal actions. I give an official apology to everyone.

You say you had no intention of RDMing but if you had read the rules you would of at least said something. Talk us through the RDM situation...

Sure , me and my friends were at a petrol station because we were running low on fuel. We were 3. One of our friends unmaturly robbed the petrol so we had to wait for him. The police came. Firstly they called my friend "motherfu**er". Secondly i wanted the police to detain me peacefully so i do not get into even more trouble. However , for some reason they started shooting at us first. I accidentally got my gun out which i cannot deny gives the police the right to shoot. But i did not shoot at all , i spammed shift+H to hide my gun but it was too late. They killed me even though i had no intention of shooting at all. 

 
I think some porkies are being told here. We have on our notes you instantly fired upon the police on arrival.

 
Can we do this on teamspeak , because this is taking a long time. Because i am innocent and i havent done anything wrong and i have the right to play on this server , i have read the rules twice to make sure that i havent done anything wrong and will not do anything wrong again. This is unfair with too many questions being asked. And i hope this is my last reply

 
Well lets get this appeal back on track. 

Now you read the rules through and through, what would you do differently in this situation?

 
Hello , I am the other Aliases account for this steam id. What i would of done , is when police arrived is go to them straight away and raise my hands up for them to detain me peacefully without any shootings or RDMing.
