I was sniping from the rocks above the APD defending our friends robbing the Armory, however we did not have the same tags and the gangs involved believed we we're random hobos just shooting at them rather than being actually involved.

Why should we unban you.
I talked out the situation with the admin involved and he explained the situation to me why he believed I was in the wrong and we came to an understanding of how a better use of RP would have made the situation more interesting for all party's and also that there are no current solid rules on the armory which made the execution of the event complicated.

I did speak to him and his friends. One of which got a 1d perm ban after the conversation on TS turned nasty. These fellas looked like a couple of random guys sniping from the castle rocks. Tried to speak to them on TS before banning but they were obviously using their own coms. Issued the ban and decided a rule refresh would not go amiss after the conversation we had. 

 
Hello, I was just wondering the status of my appeal. Also I was never given a time length for my ban, so I am assuming its permanent? I hope not but if anyone could clarify this for me that would be great.

Yes I am, I have played here for a couple of years now and have always had good roleplay fun, in this situation I admit I let myself down and got carried away with the idea of an armed conflict rather than good roleplay and for that I apologize, I have offered to compensate all those involved and I also went to the leader of the gangs involved to explain the situation and apologies for the misunderstanding.

Remembering back to when I first joined I remember being kidnapped by you and the TI gang for being a bounty hunter, you guys dragged me out to the red zone and had me up against a firing squad for trying to catch TI members in Kavala. Thats was before I knew if your a bounty hunter dont mess with the biggest gangs on the island xD.

Can you explain the RDM rule and please refresh yourself on the rules.

 
RDM - Random Death Match, The killing of a player or players without any initiation of your intent to begin hostile role-play or combat.  

I will have a reread of all the rules, I'll also have a browse for any forum posts or any further information on how best to become involved in events such as the Federal Reserve and the APD armory as well.
