In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
In my opinion, it was for two reasons. One, I was accused of knocking him out in a green zone. Yes, I did this, but I did not realize this at the time.(Video of the incident: http://plays.tv/video/564f63999cdaeba763) And the second reason, I did act childish and start being abusive since it really annoyed me that he did not show any sign of wanting to join teamspeak and he then proceeded to dissconnect from the game, and didn't show any interest in resolving this issue. However, that is not an excuse for what I said.

I am really enjoying roleplaying on this server, I've found a few friends which makes it a lot more fun. And in general I've become quite used to this server and as stated before enjoy it, and the community. I really hope that this minor incident can be resolved, and it will be the last time it happens.

I had some arguing with this guys the day before because  he found out my name ( bounty hunter name) by metagaming..I got that solved on ts with a mentor but I wasn't going to do the same thing,thats why I disconnected.

This is not a minor incident, you and your friend initated a robbery at the garage and you started screaming "He's breaking a rule!" you are on the border of the greenzone blocking someone from accessing the greenzone.

This is not me screaming, I am the one pointing the gun. My footage got corrupted for some reason.

I think the rules of the greenzone would be an area where no killing, any threatening, no weapons, no robbery. Generally a safe area.

If we didn't have a greenzone there would be no actual safe area to do things. Everyone would just get robbed for everything they had and that would be that.

I mean I wouldn't be happy about losing my stuff, and wouldn't be happy about being robbed in a "safezone". I would probably have a similar reaction to the person reporting me.

Don't exactly remember the details, it all was typed. I remember threatening to report though, which was an error on my behalf, and of course insulting him with whatever I said. Yes, it is not right but as you mentioned above, we're human and get angry, especially when no one is talking face to face, insults get thrown around. Still not an excuse on my behalf.

1. I want you to issue an apology to the player who reported you. I want it to be sincere and real. You can PM it to him and me, it does not have to be public, unless you wish to post it here.

2. No firearms for 2 weeks. No owning guns, no picking up guns, no using guns. If you are found with a firearm, you will be declared Persona Non Grata and permabanned. I want you to learn how to use your brain and speech to solve problems, and not violence. You also cannot take part in any robberies or violent actions with your gang.

I first want to stress, he was not being robbed but kidnapped(it may have come across as a robbery, but kidnapping is more roleplay involved. All today we have been doing this, and I haven't needed to shoot any bullets from my gun, just by roleplaying. Also, judging all robberies as a violent non-roleplay act is like judging a book by its cover. Most of the people I know, I have met during a robbery. I probably wouldn't have joined the gang I'm in without doing it. In the situation that we are discussing, I never used any violent acts, even looking closely you can see I had no mags in the gun, so it's not really that violent.

I am strongly thinking about this decision, seeming as a gun is important to my roleplay character, and the way I roleplay.

I understand this is not to punish, and I respect it is to teach.

Of course there are many other ways to roleplay, as there are many people. All those people have different styles of roleplaying. Some people are not interested in violence, some are. The reason I roleplay the way I do, is because I enjoy it. (of course breaking server rules isn't a part of that). Also, this would defeat the purpose of me being in the gang I'm in now, and having the friends I do now. And overall it would lead to me not enjoying the roleplay experience I get.

Yes I understand this incident makes it look like the typical. "pewpewpew, get out or die."  But this is not what I aimed for. Of course I do other stuff other than shooting, I enjoy roleplaying with police and interacting with them, maybe hopefully I may someday even become one (getting banned and getting 2 week gun suspension doesn't look like the best person now eh). 

Yes, I am very sorry for what I did, and I do regret doing it. But this will cost me 2 weeks (may not seem long but is) that I will probably just not play for seeming as I can't do activities with my fellow gang members, and friends.  

And I'm grateful you're offering another chance, I just hope you can understand what aspects of roleplaying and interacting I enjoy, I will not be able to do for a peroid of time.

I am sincerely sorry to the user DuQ, I shouldn't have insulted you and threatened you, nor should have attempted to kidnap you in a greenzone. I fully understand your reasoning of reporting me, and hope to meet you in-game and do something other than violence

Other than that, I have thought about trying to become a medic, seeming as it would keep me occupied for the time being. Will this effect any of that?

As part of his unban I'd like him to spend some time in the NHS for roleplay purposes.
