i have played 4 times on this server, then i have been on vacation. i think my friend have played on my account and i have read rules so that cant be the excuse and its not but i'm sorry about that what happened and that will not happen again

Why would you even bother trying the feeble excuse that your friend was playing instead of yourself? Even though you admitted shooting the person...

Rather than denying this straight up I want to give you a chance to come clean and put in some more effort.

Give me a proper explanation of what happened and quote the rules you broke (Seeing as you say you know them) and then explain them in your own words.
