In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I were banned because my arma 3 crashed, while I was driving a truck, which hit a helicopter or something like that. I personally couldn't have effected anything after the arma 3 decided to crash, I didn't hear what I did or why I was banned until my friends told me afterwards that I should have been on teamspeak, but I crashed so I there went my possibility of joining teamspeak. Afterwards i joined the server, i was banned for VDM and haven't had the time to do this appeal.

Why should we unban you ?
The rule I broke due to crash:
(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

I think I should be unbanned because I feel like banning for a crash and not waiting for the person who is going to be banned to appear to hear his ban is kinda unfair. I understand VDM is not allowed in any way in this community, and I do not intend to VDM on purpose. I have had the time to consider my action and how to avoid such disasters like this one. Also I did not plan my actions around the imminent death of arma 3, luckily i have upgraded my PC. I have no other things on my list that would make me banned, so I personally feel that I should have second chance for having a bad PC.

From our own notes, you allegedly pulled out infront of 3 vehicles in the Greenzone causing 3 near misses, before smashing into a helicopter near Kavala church killing 4 people, so you're telling me what exactly? You're Arma crashed 4 times?

On top of that, would you kindly explain the following

Arma didnt crash 4 times. It crashed once and for me its not an instant effect.  You see when arma starts to crash I lose almost every bit of the control I have over anything that I am currently doing. It starts to lag, framerate drops to 1-0 thus becoming a diashow and making actions hard, said actions from my keyboard dont anymore apply ingame in real time. There was no possible way I could have stopped the truck intime nor manouvered it with great success to anywhere. Sharp turns or slowing down takes time which I did not have in that situation. Im sorry that my PC is not top quality.

The quotes that you have there, the first two, are talk between me and my friends. Its banter and just jokes between our friendgroup. The player mentioned in the second (aapo) is my friend and it was directed at him. I have known him for years and this is how we have fun and enjoy the company we give eachother. 

Last quote i dont recall, as I have no contex where its said nor memory of it. If I were to guess, it would be somebody trying to threathen or friend saying to stay safe from a possible robbery? I dont know, so I am sorry that I cannot answer your question.

If this is an occurrence that you are familiar with, what's to stop it happening again in future?

I am currently in the progress to upgrade my PC, as its past xmas. Right now I am just waiting for things to be shipped. After this I plan on playing arma 3 and not crashing anymore. This updgrade would stop the crashing and then I could play the game normally with everybody else. Waiting for upgrade is the reason why I waited to post my appeal to unban me for some time. Now I believe I can be better for the community and enjoy the roleplay that it provides.

In future I'd recommend that you keep the jokes between your friends, between your friends because as soon as they spill onto the server, it's not just between you.
