In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for telling someone over msg that I would report them on the fourms as they had rdmed me and they refused to give comp I knew the rule was in place I just got carried away and decided to take matters into my own hands in game as he would not listen to me when I tried to contact him any other way.

Why should we unban you ?
I generally believe I should be unbanned because I did know the rule was in place but I got carried away due to the fact no staff were helping me get comp of, of him or a warning I even put an admin request in-game and waited for an hour for any sort of reply when I didn't get any reply I decided to take matters into my own hands im very sorry that I did this but I did believe it would be the only way of me getting any sort of comp or getting an admin to warn him. But I do emphasise the fact that I was educated on this rule its just as he would refuse to give me any way of contacting him so this was the only way I could contact him.
I wouldn't stand for the fact that I had been rdm'ed and the person who partook in it wouldn't give me any comp and he didn't even get a warning. Thank you for reading I hope you can understand my reason in this scenario and why I had to take matters into my own hands.

So you're saying that it's ok to break the rules and "take matters into my own hands" because you didn't get a response in game from our staff team within your time frame?

Despite the fact that there is a TeamSpeak you can join to get support?
Despite the fact that said TeamSpeak has a channel literally named "Join for Support - Staff Team will help"?
Despite the fact that we have established procedures in place to be able to report people, and request compensation here, on the forums, where you know that you'll get a reply?

That's not a reason to unban you: that's you making poor excuses for your impatience by trying to blame it on the very people you're asking to unban you. If anything, that says to me that the ban put on you was totally justified and should remain in place.

I understand completely and agree with your reply thank you for replying. and I agree with you about the part in *taking matters into my own hands* that was wrong and I can assure you that wouldn't be the case again a thing I forgot to mention is the player was wearing a mask so I was contacting his friend who wasn't replying so that's one of the reasons I couldn't have fourms to help me as I had no way of knowing his name but like I repeat I completely agree with what your stating and can assure you that wouldn't happen again.

This actually wasn't a poor excuse I generally was honest in my appeal and I was just stating facts on what I wanted to say I do this is a honest unban appeal and I would love to join back and prove to you that I can play  very well without breaking any rule in anyshape or form. but like I repeat I shouldn't have took matters into my own hands and should have let the well experienced staff deal with it instead as they have a way better chance of finding out who did this and you are completely correct in what u said in your reply.

But I do beg you please that u can find it in your heart to forgive me and give me a shot of redemption so I can prove to you that this would never happen again.

You were banned again just a week after getting unbanned, not to mention that on your previous appeal you "promised" us that you'd follow the rules yet if you were to be unbanned yet you've admitted on this appeal that despite knowing the rule you chose to disregard it anyways? Why should we believe that you'll keep your word this time and follow the rules if given another chance?

Because last time I was stupid and did it on purpose the circumstances this time is different im generally promise you as I have generally made a mistake and been stupid you know the saying "You can always have a second chance but never a third" I beg you that u can trust me even though ive already said that before this is generally the truth and I do promise you 100% that this will never happen again and I can make that a confirmation. This was your second chance, and you blew it. Quite frankly, nothing you've said so far says to me that we can trust you not to break the rules again simply because you feel like it. Your answer to Yankee's question is unsatisfactory.

If you want to be unbanned and play here, then you're going to need to take a long hard look at yourself and the reasons you want to utilise our servers. That should be the basis for why you are going to follow the rules, not this begging us to trust you when you are saying the exact same things as you said in your last appeal. Until you understand yourself why you want to play here and are able to express that to us, I cannot, in good conscience, allow you back on our servers.
