In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think I was banned for fail rp which I don't seem to understand why. This could be attributed to the fact that I was very new on the server at the time and had previously played on a different community meaning I assumed the rules on the two servers would be similar however, I was around air garage at the time near athira and I had initiated on some cops while the were roleplaying and a short while later maybe 5 minutes found myself permanently banned.

Why should we unban you ?
I would like an opportunity to experience this server properly. I think my actions could be put down to just a general lack of knowledge on the server and it's rules I have since being banned read through the rules numerous times and fully understand them. I don't want to come off as self-righteous but in my own personal opinion I think that a permanent ban for a relatively new player (a week or so) is rather unjust. I would like to apologise for my actions and the inconvenience they cause and thank you in advance for considering my unban appeal.

Since my last unban timed out @Samatlewis told me to make a new unban and to the questions he asked in my previous unban request here are the answers:
In response to your reply on my unban request I have looked through all the rules extensively and am stuggling to find a specific rule I have broken from what I remember of the situation leading up to my ban I was behind a vehicle at athira air garage and in a hangar was a number of cops I then initiated on the cops giving them time to meet my demands and when they didn't they were fired upon, as I mentioned before im struggling to see a specific rule however I can say that by me initiating on numerous cops it would be fail rp by not valuing my life as I was clearly outnumbered I also didn't have a reason for initiating which in it's own right could be considered a rule break but I also initiated on the cops while they were rping with a number of players not only was this an inconvienience but it massively disrupted the rp they were having and generally ruined the experience for the players in question, I can only offer my sincerest of apologies and assurance that any rules in the future will not be broken by myself. Fail-RP and RDM is what it would be.

I can see you've taken some time off the server and have somewhat reflected on your actions.

Can you quote the RDM and explain it in your own words for me please.

Honestly, banning new players is in quite a lot of cases easier for staff to deal with, more beneficial for the OP and less time consuming. I have issued warnings to multiple players and then they disregard what I said/complain that I actually warned them and proceed to break rules anyway, further affecting other player's experience and brining the quality of the server down. So it's not unjust, it's better for us all.

@Samatlewis, RDM is otherwise known as random death match and can be defined as shooting another player without any form of roleplay or 'initiation'. An example of this in a situation would be that you see a player doing a run in a truck and you decide to kill that player with no form of communication whatsoever this would be classed as RDM.

If you are unsure of any situations then think them through before taking any actions that could be an infringement of our server rules. You can always hop onto teamspeak and ask staff if it would be acceptable/good to do whatever it is in-game, or you can send an admin message asking for advice.
