In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I believe i was banned for RDM. The incident occurred at the Chalkia Petrol Station and involved me Ricky Pickering and Harry Pickering. We had just finished robbing the gas station Ricky and Harry drove off leaving me behind, the cops went into pursuit with them. This is where the cops fail to hear Harry Shout "Stop chasing or you will be shot" he even said it three times. here is the video evidence of harry warning them: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Db2dweSJrRQ&feature=em-upload_owner.) you might have to turn the volume up to hear it.
Also another factor in Sam's video (http://plays.tv/video/5648dede4bb8cece38) at around 30 secs Harry says stop chasing or you kill be killed however you cannot hear the "or be killed" bit due to the cops shouting, and at 37 secs you can hear Harry say "Your gonna get shot". Another point is that in Ricky's video you hear the cop break RP at 0:25 by saying "Why are you shooting, What've we done". And the final point one of the cops metagamed by saying "It's Ronnie-Rickie Pickering, there is three of them they are all wanted." you can see this at 0:29 - 0:37 in Morgan's video. (Not sure if this is 100% metagaming but a mentor told us it was) The cops involved were PCSO Sam Jones, PC Morgan and PCSO Rick.

Why should we unban you.
I believe The Pickering Family was wrongly banned and it was all just a misunderstanding. From now on we'll avoid comms in vehicles.

The ban is justifiable and has been determined by an admin staff, and all admin decisions are final. This is not the place to argue about a ban being unjust, or accuse others of rule breaking. The purpose of this appeal is to figure out what you did wrong and determine if you can improve your roleplay and be a productive member of our community. That said, three questions.

1. How can you issue any type of initiation when both vehicles are traveling 60 KMPH+ and sirens are going. You cannot yell out a window to speak to someone. THAT IS FAIL RP!

2. What are the rules regarding police sirens and initation of roleplay?

Sir, i would like to say that this was not Metagaming, my PCSO Rick scanned your car whilst i was chasing you you guys, thats how he knew all three of you guy's were wanted. im not sure by saying "Why are you shooting" is breaking RP either? if im wrong then im sorry. 

-This seems to be a slight revenge unban as your accusing us of all these things when the section physically says "Why were you Banned" but okay,

-When Rick said "All threee are wanted" you even hear the ANPR scan go off?

Yeah when i accused you of those things i must of misread the title, the metagaming this as I said i was not 100% sure on a mentor just a told us. And the breaking RP thing seemed very weird to us with the way you said it and the fact you appeared not to defend yourself.

3. No. (However a mentor said it was as i already mentioned and that I was not 100% on this)

The police ANPR system. It stand for Automatic Number Plate Recognition. When we press "/" on numpad it shows us police what car it is, how fast it is going and all owners (people with keys). It also shows us who is wanted of which we can then check the wanted list. Hope this clears things up @RonniePickering

I would like to point out the Common Sense rule as you seem to don't believe it applies or really haven't done over the rules. Do you think someone can legtimatelly talk to another person with police sirens going, and going over 60 KMPH??

This is an adult community and a lot of the rules come down to common sense, do not swear at people, troll people, bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from teamspeak.

If i was not wanted and i was clean i would pull over and talk to them pay any tickets, say sorry and move on.

If i had done something wrong such as a robbery i'd try and evade if necessary but if i had to engage i'd pull over to a tactical location exit the vehicle and verbally warn them to leave multiple times or I would take action.
