In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I got banned because I killed one TCK to get revenge while the action was still engaged.

Why should we unban you ?

First, we are new to this server, and we just created our clan.

Second, my friend Vito Rizzuto who began to shoot was first speaking in the group channel so the TCK couldn't hear him.

He though the TCK was not cooperating and started shooting... and we all know he made that mistake.

I was only trying to get revenge.

Would you really think I will talk to guys who just killed my friends? It's impossible

And to finish, they made this report because I killed some of them.

If we were all dead, they would never report us for that action we lost.

I think it's not fair to ban 3 players for that kind of action.

If you knew he was speaking in group chat in which you would have heard yourself and seen that it was in group chat why continue and shoot if you know they haven't heard it?

 
The action was very quick, so when I heard the shots, I went down to kill them.

I didn't talk because they killed my 2 friends, so I was holding some pistol and I was afraid that they would like to kill me.

 
In the future, I will take the lead for the robberies and not let my friends do it. Afterwards, I will speak first to the dealers saying "put your hands up" before shooting.

I apologize for this and hope my friends will be unbanned too in order to make our clan continue to have fun on this server.

 
I hope you apply this in game next time. 

If you are not certain or confident about the situation and your friend hasn't initiated properly then do not shoot.

I expect to see some good roleplay from you from here on out. Unbanned.
