Respawning at a different location when I havent died yet.

Why should we unban you ?
I want to know, if possible, what type of ban I have received (perma or temporary ban). I would like to apologise for abusing this option in-game. I understand that saying this will not shorten my ban time. I just want to know when I can play again.

[SIZE=medium](2.11) Teleporting, Once you have spawned in you are unable to respawn unless you have been killed or are stuck in a position due to a bug (please take screenshots), For example you cannot respawn to get to another location quicker - Punishment is a ban.

I understand that this rule is here for multiple purposes that can potentially lead to a bad roleplay experience for other people in the server and to make the roleplay experience more realistic. For example, when you run away from people and respawn on the other side of the map. Leaving them clueless to where you are. Or abuse the option to get money quicker via mining (mine, process, store truck, spawn near the trader). At the time being I didn't think I would annoy anyone with it. Since I would just hide away somewhere and log off to respawn back at the city. I understand now that if everyone was able to do this it would just ruin the whole thing.

Once again I would like to apologise and make clear that I understand why I have been banned. If I were to be unbanned I would of course not make such a mistake again. [/SIZE]

 
Care to provide detail of the incidents which led to your ban? Just so we know you understand every aspect that you did wrong.

 
Ofcourse,

One of the things of which I know has led to my ban is what I had said in my previous reaction. Doing diamond mining, processing the diamonds, storing my vehicle with processed items, logging out and quickly logging back in. To spawn near the trader with my truck filled with said processed items. Cutting the time it takes to do runs for certain items in half or even more. I'm guilty of doing the same. With diamonds, also pearls. Selling them and spawning in the city to quickly bank the cash earned.

 
Considering this is classed as exploiting, you're very lucky that James only banned you for teleporting or you'd be facing a perm appeal.

With that in mind, it's likely that if you were to get unbanned your account would have its money set back to its last stable period to prevent you benefiting from these exploits.  This means that you cash will be set back to approx £5,009,100.   Do you understand this?

Secondly, why did you think this was acceptable to do? How can we be sure you won't just start doing it again?

 
I understand that my cash will be set back.

At the time of doing this there was a lot of activity around the diamond processing. Robberies without proper roleplay and situations where people would shoot on sight without any initiation if you noticed them and tried to get away. I realised that I should have notified an admin about this instead of trying to come up with my own solution. Ofcourse I wouldn't do it again, I did it once and found out the hard way that it is very easy to get banned using this exploit. And I realised after getting banned that this server is probably the best roleplay server with the most active and nice playerbase. And there is no server that can replace this one.
 

 
I believe that you have learned your lesson and you know that you have been very lucky. You could as you have been told been perm banned and waiting a much longer time to get unbanned. You need to remember this and you will not be so lucky in the future.
