In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i assume it was for a trash talking to a american in side by implying that the reason the server has guns but no schools is too stop them shooting it up. but i am not sure this appeal is more to find out why i was banned more than anything else.

Why should we unban you ?
because if you speak to anyone who has interacted with me e.g papa hedge, warwick, phoenix, few of the marmite miners they will tell you that 90% of our roleplay is roasting each other and having a laugh , unfortunately in this case it has spilled over into side which i understand is unexceptable as not all members of the community are as thickskinned as the people i play with and may have taken offence to what i had written. and i will endevour to make sure it dosent spill over in the future even if that includes being banned from the text channels.

@Robert lock Just checked the notes on the ban and its for rule 1.2 = (1.2) Discrimination of any kind is punished by a permanent ban without appeal.

Do you honestly think its acceptable to say or type the following ? :

i would like to apologize as a 24 year old i should know better than saying what i did i often get used to chatting like i would in discord as i dont usally surround my self with snowflakes, considring one of the members i  speak to is an american diagnoised with autism he found what i wrote inoffensive as did the other americans in our discord because of that i didednt think anything of what i wrote, but i will completly admit that now it has been pointed out it was bullshit of me to type that in side as that was free for anyone to read which is unacceptable consdiring the age and diveristy that joins this server, i would also like again to half defend an apologize for what i wrote as against my better judgment i fell for an obvious bait into a fight in side chat and replied with something that should never be said too someone i dont know.

 
no otherwise i would not be on this server, most of the people i meet are a good laugh and more than up for a bit of banter i was mearly stating that i dont work or keep company with anyone who dosent have a thick skin nor do i care for people who get offended easily therefore my daily life and conversations are quite unfiltered and as you can see it obviously can sometimes cause issues and i can appreciate that as moderators you have to be strict with that kind of behaviour be it in good fun or malicious to prevent shit spamming and arguments.

feel free to ask me more about any other parts of my posts and il do my best to explain my thoughts or feelings behind them so you can get the best rounded view of myself i can give to help with your decision to remove the ban or not.

I get that you're pretty unfiltered with mates, I myself have mates I talk unfiltered to. However letting it spill to sidechat or even in the server in the presence of people you don't know, just is not okay and you know that. What went through your mind at the time of writing? Did you not think it would cause issues at all? 

 
honestly at the time i wasent really thinking about it, i was cruising doing iron runs the message from the player popped up saying did the server have guns because it was run by brits so was it like our nanny state, in the moment i replied with that zinger of a reply that kinda ended the chat and i dident think to much of it as no one was getting arsy or trying to continue the argument so i thought it was a quick bit of bant from american to a brit over side chat.then about  about 10 mins later someone was bitching about the NHS as usall because people forget that shit is a service and they shouldent expect a revival everytime they smack them selves into walls so that kind ticked me off espeicaly since they cant see that chat to defend themselves.  i kinda just replied to that but to be honest i dident think there was too much of an issue with that reply because its true XD.

 
I've seen it all in my time here in this community but your comments really pushed it too far.

You using these outside of our community is your choice, but we don't tolerate discrimination. You're obviously a risk to us and you need to prove to us that you're worth taking that risk.

If we allow you to return what will you do differently? What activities would you like to get involved with if allowed to return? What sort of things will you type in OOC chat?

 
well if i am to return i will do my best to tone down my language im not going to lie and say that im suddenly going to never swear again but i will certainly endevour to moderate what i say when im interacting with people in ooc as well as over voice , if i am allowed to return i would like to just continue the various adventures i had with my mates like doing a fun run to kavala in go karts to raise money so all the hobos could get christmas jumpers(sanctioned by the police), as well as continuing our free tours of altis in our cessna's, where i take passsangers up explain a brief history of the greek island in mythology and and its role as a british naval port before dropping them at a point of there choice or returning them to the airfield( food and drinks are provied and donations welcome), i also provied my services as a pilot or driver for hire no matter the job.

 
Please also quote me the OOC abuse rule relating to swearing and being abusive outside of roleplay, I'd like to be certain you are aware of this rule too please.

there dont seem to be ones written for dedicated ooc chat unless i missed them, but the above rules i assume would cover anything in ooc chat as a rule of thumb.[/SIZE]
