Banned for saying finger me in ooc by accident, admin then kicked me from the server i joined back and i asked why he kicked me without even giving me a warning, annoyed me because i was kicked when i was going to the rebel outpost, so i started arguing with the admin in a non aggressive way

Why should we unban you ?
I really enjoy playing altis life with friends, i never meant to type finger me in the ooc chat, in my opinion i dont see how it is breaking the rules because after reading through them what i said doesnt in my opinion seem to break any rules that were in place as i wasnt aiming it at anyone in ooc as it wasnt meant for it, it was discriminating, it wasnt bullying and it isnt swearing, i wasnt harming anyone and i wasnt distrupting anyone as no one said anything to it and took no notice of it except from the admin that kicked me

Okay, so you said things about being 'fingered' in side chat. 

I then kicked you, you came back and asked. 

I told you it was an adult community, and you shouldnt be immature. 

You said becuase it was an adult community we should allow 'fingering' 

I said yes, we allow it in RP, but not in OOC chat. 

Then you said your character doesent want to be 'fingered' but you do. 

Therefore i issued a ban for being so immature/trolling. 

I dont know why you lie on you appeal because @Neocould just pull the logs up!

May have left out tiny little bits of detail but i said what the appeal form told me to do and that was in my own words explain why you were banned and i believe that is why i was banned

i never lied in the appeal, say what you want about it, the main reason you banned me is for the first thing that happened

After reading the rules i dont see how any of it is trolling in anyway and you can say it was immature but there are not any rules against being immature

You said you you accidental put it in OOC when it was on purpose.  

 
Look i just want to get this sorted, i just want to play this game with my friends, understand that what i done may have been immature but there were no rules against it so i dont understand the ban tbh, i just want to play this game with friends because i enjoy the game

 
This is an adult community.

Is this how you're going to be writing to people in the OOC channel/on the community in general, or are you going to be mature and stop being silly?

You don't seem to understand. We can not write every little thing in the rules just because people like you think: If it doesn't say in the rules I can't say I want to be fingered, they can't ban me for it. Newsflash: Check rule 1.6. We can ban anyone who we feel is only here to be disruptive.

If we are to unban you,. because I have no problem with that, will you agree to not to use OOC chat anymore unless it's for asking help or asking someone to resolve a issue?
