Why should we unban you ?
I have been here for long time and I never break rules on purpose. Rules change and its my mistake that I didnt check on them more often and fully cover them from start to end. I have here a lot of friends and I¨d still like to enjoy my time here since this is hands down the best server and I enjoy the most playing in here.

Rules might have changed but the RDM rule is pretty clear IMO. Could you please quote the rules you broke and explain it in your own words.

Yea RDM rule is same as it has always been, but the misstake was that I thought I was allowed to shoot players who was shooting my gang members as I was on the scene having my gang members back if the sitsuation turns out badly.

So me and drama lama got some spike trips into our hands and we decided to do rebel checkpoint / ambush next to agios and search the cars who come by for any weapons or drugs. Our gang is called elite soldiers of agios so if there is anything that is having negative outcome to our drug business etc we will take care of them. So drama lama was at the road with spiketrips and I was one covering his back. There came car filled with rebels and they got spike tripped and they jumped out of their car and did act hostile towards us. After that they started chasing drama lama and after while they opened fire at drama lama when he was escaping and he told me to open fire towards them to save my life and as they shot drama lama and we are in same gang i thought i was justified to return the fire. I had no intention to break any rules and Im very sorry of the incident and ill definitely learn from this therefore im begging on getting new chance to play on this server, since everyone makes mistake and the best we can do is learn from them.
