i was banned for restraint glilching the timer ran out on the restraints

Why should we unban you.
There is no rule on the website stating that once restraints wear off i can not walk away if the officer has entered another rp situation. i have spoken to a friend and he has informed me its an unknown rule but even so the timer running out is not a glitch a is exploiting a problem within the game but the timer is not a glitch. i think i should be unbanned as the rule is not in your rules tab and that is was not a glitch i was there so long the restraints removed themselves and the officer had been in another rp situation the whole time and was still in it when they wore off.

basically, the police has arrested this guy, put him in restraints and took fire from an unknown area. (Not to do with rharha) 

While shots were onoing, rharha decided to jump in his truck and drive off while under restraints, im pretty sure he was anyway!

The restarints wore off so i walked away and got in truck as there is no rule on your website stating i can not do that which is why i dont understand this ban

 
In a real life situation restrains don't just disappear after a certain amount of time. This is RP right?

 
yes i understand that but he was not in rp with me for atleast 15 mins as far as i was aware the officer could have died within the gun fight they were in. but i was not even band for breaking rp which i was not in at the current time i was banned for a glitch but it is not a glitch or exploit it is simply part of the game.

 
I'm saying handcuffs don't just disappear. If they do fall off and police are still around I suggest you stick you hands back up.

Yes that does make sense but i could hear gun fire see no one and had been there so long they came off  if this is the case i think your rules need to have a rule added to them stating if hand cuffs fall off you are to put your hands up and wait. but i will bare what you said in mind
