In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think I was banned because I "apparently" VDM exploited. I was actually trying to just pick him up in my car and my friend was running towards me. I was trying to brake on my car and it wouldn't brake quick enough. I was saying sorry in teamspeak and not in game, but I know that from another point of view it looked like we were exploiting (which is server rule 2.4).

Why should we unban you ?
Because I am a very active member and I have been since I first properly joined in july. I very much enjoy the server because it is a place where I relax after college. I usually play about 25 hours a week if not longer. I enjoy the community and I have many friends which I don't want to lose in the community. This community is the only community I wish to join and I will not join any other.

I have looked at your ban note.. Daanish seems pretty confident you did it, I doubt it's a "misunderstanding". So, why did you exploit the system?

Furthermore, "Also trying to make their heli take off with no one in it by getting in copilot and hopping out." (Ban Note) <<< Care to explain that too?

So its pretty obvious, both you and your friends made an appeal, so who did what. Be honest.....

No, your appeals are dealt with individually, you cannot have your friend explain it, what role did you play in this?

I was the driver of the vehicle when cicero was at the bottom of the hill. I was coming to pick him up in the car and he was in the way. I tried to apply the brakes on the car and they didn't work well enough. He didn't move out the way quick enough, as after he stated that he had a broken leg. I must say that there was communication problems because he never told me about his leg, but I didn't mean to hit him in the first place. He did attempt to move out of the way, however I was going fast and I shouldn't have moved closer to him in the first place. I should have just waited on the hill for him to get in. It wasn't meant to be intentional, but I can see how this was misleading.

Where do you stand on the rest of the server rules, are you going to follow them all?

I do follow all the server rules and I know  what they mean and the punishment of them if they are broken.
