it even says in your ban message why you have been banned. 
Go to the report a player. And look in the approved section. on one of the pages will the report that got you banned. 
go find it, And then tell me why you have been banned.

Oh, sorry.

I really want to be unbanned. The reason I got banned is: Poor RP. I don't really remember what I did wrong because it's a long time ago but I can assure you I read the whole rules again.

I'm really sorry I got banned, it was my mistake for sure.

Now that you are aware what you did wrong, can you elaborate on the Why should we unban you? section, because as it stands, staff have made more effort in your unban appeal than you have.

Yes, sorry about that. After 6-7 months I realised my mistake and now I tried to think about what I did wrong. I read the whole rules again and now I can say that I understand them very good. I am really sorry about what happened in the past, I want to show you that after this time I am now a completely new player. I want to obey all the rules and play again with my friends. I missed the server so much in this time but now I am ready to show you that I can be a model player.

Because the reason I got banned is 'Poor RP/3.5' I will quote you the 3.5 rule:

(3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.

The mistake I made was that I was speaking with my friend on a communication platform and the rival player didn't heard what we were talking, things like: "you stay with the guy on the right, I'll stay with the other one". 

The reason for this rule is simple, everyone needs to have the same benefits. For example, if you speak with your friend and the rival player can't hear, you have more benefits because he can't react to what you are going to do.

The Poor RP rule is because everyone deserves a good quality roleplay.

That's a decent way of describing it, another question I have for you:

If met with the same situation, how would you of dealt with it differently. You roughly explained from a hotmicing standpoint, but what about an RP perspective.

I don't really remember the exact situation but I will roleplay everything like in real life. For hotmic, what I speak with my friend i will instead use the in game microphone so all the people can hear my commands.

For exemple when I want to rob someone i won t just tell him to give me his money, instead i will talk with him practically introducing him into my roleplay. I will roleplay everything, telling him to give me his money and i won t do anything to him. I will try to roleplay everything as long as possible.

 
You have been banned before and received and got warning from admins. How can we be sure that you will follow the rules this time ? 

 
I learned from my mistakes. I read again the whole rules and I can say that I now understand them very good. Please give me a chance because if you'll do that, you won't regret. After the break I had for about 6-7 months I'm now more mature and my mentality is now better.
