In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned for possible moneydupe
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal) (When I joined it told me to appeal, because it is POSSIBLE)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because it is just admins misunderstanding. What happined was that three cops rescued me from getting robbed at the oil trader. One of them were [SPC] TikTak. (Not sure if he was with me at the station or not)
They took me to the policestation in Athira, and restrained me. One of them said the following lines: "You have the rights to remain silent, anything you say will and can be used against you in the court of law. Do you require any food, water, money?" I then asked him, I don't understand what I am going in for. Then he gave me 999,999k. After that he took me to the ATM, (I couldn't put the money in because I was glitched after accidentaly repairing my tempest (device) and healed myself at the same time.) So after that he told me that I had the rights to shut up, and gave me £696969 and then 69.6969 more.

Yes, this is basiclly what happined. There was three officers, and one of them first gave me the sum of £999,999. Then £696.969, and finally £69.696. If you want I can send you a screenshot I took of me holding the money in the policestation at Athira... I had a bit more than that sum because I had done an oilrun in my Tempest (device).

Here is the photo. As you can see I didn't want to lose the money so I synced and screened it.
I am not sure if I remember right the names of the officers, so I am not saying that it 100% are these cops.

[SPC] TikTak was one of the cops who got me there, cause I sendt him a msg after he escorted me to the oil trader cause we almost got robbed by rebels.
Don't think TikTak was with me in the station tho.
I also think I know another name but this one I am really not sure if even was a cop. His name was something like Holo...

Thats showing me nothing, I want really to see the money being received.

Didn't you think this was weird when you received it... it should of been reported, Looking at the graphs you went and banked it....

I really didn't think anything of it at the time I got it, but I thought they were just being nice because I was bugged. (Couldn't access vehicles, vehicles inventory, ATM, heal, or anything like that.) I really did not duplicate money, and I do not want to keep being banned. I didn't think about taking a screenshot at the time. Now in hindsight I though about it, but that won't help now... And do you really think I would take a screenshot of cheated money? I wouldn't think that would be a good plan... But I can't make your decision. Do what you choose to think is right... Hopefully I will be able to play more...

The only thing TikTak did was escort me and my friend to the oiltrader because we were getting robbed. He did not give me the cash. I am 99% sure of it.

Don't even think he was at the station at the time.  The only name I can come to think of is Holo. Not sure tho.

I'll be investigating the officers side of this. 

Any suspicious money activity needs reported ASAP. It may seem cool and fine for you, but receiving over a million without earning it damages the economy, especially when it's hacked money.

Your ban will be on hold until you can either point the officers here, or they get in touch with me.

 
I don't have time, or reason to search through logs.

If you'd like to pay for all the staff here to have a salary, then yeah, we'd jump on this quickly.

 
Hi, I can confirm that I was involved in this however I was not the one giving the money but I was in the channel with the officer giving the cash joking about it. The person giving the cash to him was SPC Ram (Not sure where he got TikTak from), and this was in response to us taking him to the station after something took place at the oil trader. Once there Ram "read him his rights" but included cash in the rights, he proceeded to do as said by first handing him one pound short of one million (999K) then 696K and then a smaller amount using 69's. We then told him to Sync data to ensure that his cash remained safe and I believe he had to go. We then left thinking nothing of it obviously until now :p. As far as I am aware this is the same guy he gave the cash to. Also as far as I am aware there wasn't duping involved or anything malicious of the sort and the cash given was intended.

To conclude- SPC Ram did in fact give a hobo this amount of cash and I was there when it was happening (I was on patrol with Ram) I can't think of another incident where I was with Ram and Ram gave hobos cash in this exact amount so I can only assume that this is in fact the guy he gave money to.

i can confirm. i did give this guy 999k and then 696k and then 69k because he got robbed and the robber refuse to co operate and give him the money back. so i decided to be nice and help him,

the officers that was inolved was my self [spc ram] , Holo and dom,

no :D  it was me i was driveing your truck aswel 

edit, sory my bad, i was the one who gived u the ticket next to the oil trader, and then u send 999 call that u being robbed and we was the only officer on the seen, we saved you, and then i gived you the money, [ u was bugged  so i was driveing your truck if you remember this :D]
