In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Whilst playing on your server I was RDMed (Random Death Match) and out of rage I spammed the chat with the word 'ts (teamspeak)' too many times resulting in my permaban.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because although I accept my mistake and punishment, I believe that I should be given a second chance. I have learnt my lesson and I will not repeat my mistake. It would be a shame to remain banned from my favorite RPG server as I have enjoyed my time on it so far, and hopefully you will read this and allow me to play on it again.


PS: The reason for doing this via my friends account is due to an error whilst trying to appeal on my account, and it didn't allow me to create an account. However this is all my thoughts and my friend has merely copy and pasted my words into this form.

If you remember, I bumped you so you said that we could appeal in 7 days.
Seven days later. here we are...
He has learnt his lesson and is still desperate to get back on your server. (Also I have learnt not to bump admins and I am sorry for that).

Following from the last appeal, LullBear has fully read and understands the rules. 

This was from the last appeal: He says : 'Again I am so sorry,  I have no excuse particularly after u had warned me previously. Honestly I forgot to read the rules and again I have no excuse and I know that I was being stupid but  I am currently reading the rules as I really enjoy this server and would like to remain part of the community. I hope you can trust me. Thank you.'

And after he said that he has confirmed his reading of the rules in detail, so he is aware of the lunacy of his actions.

My friend LullbearTV got banned and he was trying to appeal but  there was a recurring error whilst he was creating his account. 

So he told me to appeal on his behalf, and the form filled out was dictated by him and every word above (apart from the one that I specified that was from me on the previous appeal) were his dictations. 

I tried to make that clear in each post who was talking but it must have come across confusing.

I hope this isn't a problem as Lullbear is a friend just trying to get the message to you through me.

If you want to talk to him directly via steam or TS just let me know and I can sort it out.

Honestly he has been bugging me a lot about this and I can tell you that he is truly apologetic. Though I have written all this above, the past comments have been decided and dictated by him, so I hope it is clear to see that he has done all the work and I am just a messenger.

We would really like to know if it is possible to appeal from one account for another or if we have to do something alternatively to get Lullbear unbanned.

QUICK RECAP: The form was written by him along with all the comments talking directly too you apologizing.

Everything was dictated or written by him apart from this  comment and my occasional interlude of 'Let me consult with him' etc. and this:

'rcuth speaking now, I know that you may not value my opinion but I believe that LullBear has shown effort to put this through my account. He has constantly been bugging me trying to make me appeal, showing a love for the server, and it would decrease my gaming experience if i was not to play with him on the server. thanks again :) '.

Your friend will need to get an account here and sorted before an unban will be actioned.

It has to be done through our forums.

Tell your friend to make another email address and try to make an account with it.

Crumble, the steam id (76561198114214574) is Lullbears, just check it. I haven't actually put an id on this website and the one in the appeal was Lullbears because I made the appeal for him.

Because both accounts have been sent from my IP. RCUTH gave me access to his account on here so I could appeal for myself from another account. When RCUTH sends a message it's from my computer. And when you told me to make another account for myself I used RCUTHs email for it because my other emails had an error. I said that I was RCUTH so I wouldn't have to explain the above complicated explanation.

Hopefully this isn't too confusing

Remember we take roleplay seriously here at RPUK. Metagaming is a major violation as it breaks, disrupts, and ruins roleplay. You may only metagame if its to get the name of someone breaking a server rule, otherwise you must roleplay, remain in character, and keep yourself from using Information you know you shouldn't be using.

Here at RPUK we take the rules and roleplay very seriously. Please read over the rules before you play again, because if you reoffend within a 3 month period from this date you find yourself subject to a permanent ban without appeal.
