I uploaded a report I had in my files to get somebody that RDMd me banned(He did not come to teamspeak or respond to me in ooc).
when i got RDMd i was really new to this server, I did not even know about this website yet. So i did not know about the rule either, I get that I still have to follow the rules so I am not going to ask to get unbanned for not knowing about the rules yet.

Why should we unban you ?
I have no reason other than that I love this server and that I have read all of the rules again.
this is the first Altis life server I've played on and I hope to continue playing on this server.

Can you explain the rules regarding threatening to report?

Yes, according to the rules you are not allowed to threaten with a report/ban (you can't break RP in voice chat) but you have to talk with them in teamspeak about the issue or send text messages with that player about the issue or you use the forums to talk to the player.
