In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
The message says 'combat logging' but upon my panic logout I did not know for sure what was going to happen and something happened in real life. I'll elaborate on that in the next section.

Why should we unban you ?
I was just talking to my team mates on teamspeak when on the same time I heard a helicopter and my mother fall down our stairs. I know about the 5 minute rule when it comes to being AFK (Rule 2.10) and knew for sure this would take way more time so I swiftly logged out and went downstairs to help.
I find it very unfortunate that I could not engage in this roleplay scenario and as this is the first time I encountered a kick/ban and have always been good with people even when robbing them (like only shoot when really really necessary) I hope to see myself unbanned and become a more valued player in your community.

I can understand and respect that a real life event like that would mean that you cannot continue much else in-game as it's quite the emergency.

Thank you for understanding the situation I was in.
She's okay now. After I went downstairs and asked if she was okay and checked if she broke anything and then helped her upstairs to her bed and stayed in her room till she fell asleep.
I didn't keep an eye the time but went back to my PC after she fell asleep, did some things to prepare for this weekend and after realising I wasn't going to catch much sleep I wanted to come back online, saw I was banned and immediately started the ban appeal.

As samat has said real life is priority but that being said it is best to inform the people you are rp'ing with that you need to leave asap, even if you have to break rp. Even a quick admin message to state that an emergency has taken place and you need to leave. 

How would you have handled things differently if a situation arised that saw you needing to leave your pc for some reason?

Yesterday I thought about how I could have handled it better.
One thought was waiting till they are close enough for direct message and send them a note so I don't break roleplaying too much.
Another solution I had in mind was staying online, send a note that i'm in an emergency , take like 200k from the ATM (in the base scenario) and tel them i'll be ''in a deep sleep and won't notice them robbing me"
And as a last resort I would use the direct voice chat to tell the people I will need to leave ASAP.

But should something like this happen again (I hope not) I will notify an admin very quickly that i'm in a situation and will explain to him what it was once it has been solved.
