In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was correctly banned. I was in the police department trying to hand myself in for murder and mugging (as i wanted to become a good citizen). However, once there, nobody seemed to care about my crimes. As i was walking away a cop car comes speeding in chasing some off-road vehicle. They both stopped and when the cop jumped out I saw my chance to jump in and drive away, completely forgetting that rule 6E applies in blue zone. I was banned for what I did, and I take full responsibility.

Why should we unban you.
I feel i should be unbanned as I didn't break the rule due to wanting to break a rule, or even realising. It was 3 in the morning, so my head isnt in the correct place, and I just forgot that rule 6E applies in blue and green zones. I understand i broke a rule , and i have reread the rules. I feel it is understandable that i forgot a small part of around 100 rules. I have no complaints about the ban itself, but just hope you understand I did not intentionally break the rule. I love Altis Life and I don't want to leave it due to my stupidity. I am not a bad, rule breaking player that needs to be removed. I promise I will never break another rule if you give me this chance to come back to your great community.

Props to you for taking responsibility for your own actions, I like that.

I'd like you to explain to me WHY a bluezone is a protected area and exactly why you think you weren't allowed to steal a car from it. I know it says in the rules you can't, but what do you think is the underlying reason for that?

A bluezone is a protected area because before it was introduced people would just go in a break laws without any decent role-playing, which breaks the role play and spoils a lot of the fun for the officers and citizens inside and some of the newer cops would need to learn the basics before having to deal with people causing problems at police stations. I think you aren't allowed to steal cars from it because A) Many police officers will need to leave their cars unattended if they need to do something such as arresting somebody or questioning somebody, and it would be unfair and in bad roleplay for someone to come in and steal it during this. B) The polices cars are very important for a police officer as most people on the server have got a car and when on foot it is much harder to chase someone and get somewhere fast enough. If they have it at the bluezone, it usually means that they are only just getting it out, or dealing with a case rather than being dumb and leaving it unattended. C) Because in real life, you wouldn't just be able to steal a car from a police station without somebody stopping you. D) Because the blue zone should be able to be peaceful as possible (aside from the people being taken in for questioning) like the green zone.
