i messed up really bad. When the cops where chasing us i fired some warning shots and as i shot the gun there was d-sync for 20-25 seconds. i really shouldn't of shot at the cops

Why should we unban you.
i am fairly new to role playing servers and i haven't quite grasped your server rules completely.
i understand why i was banned and i take the full responsibility for my actions and i can see why you don't have to Unban.
and this is my first ban offence i will learn from my actions and never do it again.

Well, as you said, you messed up really bad. You shot them from inside a moving vehicle, no interaction, zero roleplay.

Please explain to me why this is so so so wrong and we do not want this on our server. I'd like you to explain in your own words and at the end include the part of our rule section that you broke.

 
i didn't engage in any roleplay when i shot at the cops and i admit i didn't read some of the rules and i understand why shooting in a moving car is a banable offence 

The Rule i broke is RDM (Random Death Match) 

 
3L) Police Sirens

When the Police put on their sirens lights to pull you over to attend to a scene this doesnt mean RP has initiated on their point, if you shoot without engaging in RP then this is classed as RDM
