Because i broke a rule that i was not aware about.

Why should we unban you ?
I totally understand the rules right now , i wasent so aware but ive read them like 3x so there wont be any more rule breaks from my part. I completley understand the sanction and the ban. So a 24hour ban or even more is completeley understandable. I asked to compensate the mister i RDMED/bad rp , and ofcourse ill still be happly to send him the money iff i do get unbanned. I also wanna apologise towards everybody who was involved in this in anyway. Cheers and thanks in advantage! Jigoe

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).  So in this case of the rule i broke the thing were i didnt give him enough time when i shot him ,  i know fully know how to rp initiate and be sure that this wont happen again, RDM is the most classic rule on everyserver bcs otherwise it would be king of the hill were everybody just shoots everybody. Im fully aware that you have to initate, i just didnt give the guy enough time to respond/comply. I still down to compensate the guy with pleasure ! Thanks in advantage, Jigoe.

I would defenetley give them alot more time to respond , even iff they run away or drive off i should be scared to lose i should just follow them , its just i was scared id lose the money but , next time ill make a propper initation and rp abit when im initating to make sure a case of RDM wouldnt happen again, I clearley understand i didnt give him enough time to respond and in the future ill make sure to not be so quick in my decisions.

Just so we're clear, going forward, you do understand that all bans are permanent right? We don't  have temporary bans. You can offcourse make an appeal like you've done, but it's up to staff to decide whether you should be given another chance. Should you be unbanned, then banned again in the future, you realise that there's a high chance you won't be unbanned yes?

Just want to make it clear to you we don't have a 'slap on the wrists' attitude towards those who break our rules.

Yes i fully understand that , and thats actually a good thing for the server so people wont break rules that much and try to solve it asmuch as its possible.

There have been some concerns about you using hacks. I believe this has been dealt with, but now we have this ban.  You're on our radar!

With that said, as you've found out to your cost, this is a community based on strict rules. Disregarding them has consequences, and once banned, that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned.
