Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: 5B) It states in your own rules that NLR doesn't take effect when a character was vdm'd or rdm'd. This was the case with zreox and thus he went back to where he was. He did not break NLR for being VDMD by a person in a car which afterwards got out and executed (rdmd) him. The admin did not do research before banning zreox, afterwards we told him what happend and he told us to post an unban appeal here. Since zreox cannot active his forum acount (mentors helped him) I (Sedaonlaptop) would like to post the unban appeal here and hope it gets looked into. Zreox provided me with the information above.

Errm... I was spectating everything, he was not VDMed or RDMed, they told him to stop his truck, he didn't, they shot the tires, he still didn't stop until the tires were out. He then got out with a weapon (SDAR I believe), and was shot.

He then returned, where one of the guys who had killed him was. This guy told him to put his hands up, and zreox said "I don't care if you kill me, I have nothing", and was killed again.

So NLR broken and the worst RP there is.

And I simply cannot stress this enough, if people feel they have been RDMed, send a frikking admin message. If you don't even bother to do that, you should really not break NLR.

He told me he got rdmd so i can only imagine he did not hear them the first time. I must agree with you that he should have sent an admin message instead of going back. He told me he went back there to tell the guys that they cant just shoot him( which is why I think he did not hear them speak). Zreox has always respected NLR and would not break it if there was no misunderstanding.

I hope you can understand that he thought something was wrong and even though he didnt make the best decision, he did not mean to ruin other peoples rollplay here. He was very pissed because he thought people broke the rules on him.

( my question: average johnson bans him, big johson reacts on the unban appeal) :s you the same person?

He has been in teamspeak with the mentors trying to set his account up but even they cant get it to work. Has something to do with germain mail I fear. Thus he cannot post this himself but he has given me the information to make it for him

Anyway I hope you can understand that he thought he got rdm'd which is the reason he returned( and in the first place that was only to speak with his killer about it ) In my eyes this means he respects the rules and does not want them to be broken. That things turn out nasty and he gets banned for it is understandable but please realise that he is not the daily rulebreaker and has discussed them with a lot of people that did break them on him before.

I think he deserves another chance because of the miscommunication and hope you do too

If he wanted to speak to his killer, why did he only say "I dont care if you kill me I got nothing", when he saw him? That is my only question.

Because he was frustrated...Long story short we had a horrible robbing streakXD

I have explained to him that NLR should not be broken in any case and that an admin should be contacted or the killer via his phone if he has doubts. He agrees to do that to avoid this from happening again.

User needs to post but judging by this situation if he did that would also be denied as this is a serious roleplay server and there isnt a basic level of RP there.
