Because me and my friend had fun with 2 quadbikes... he ran some cops over and ran off... i was still at the same place and then the admin came. And i think he thought i was the guy since we both didnt wear any clothes... i do not have any proof on this but maybe i can make my friend admit it... Iam so sorry to burn out my last chance this way since i have not been vdming...

I was on as a civ hanging around the kavala garage waiting to be picked up by fisher, during the time there I witnessed officers myself getting vdm'd by 2 people on quadbikes, then proceeded to attempt to vdm a police car, continuously driving into it (reversing). Only issued the ban as it was blatant and there was no sign of it stopping, also no other game mods or admins on duty at the time. Also the player note states the time of the incident, i believe SPC Caitlyn and some other AR members were on scene, might even been @BlackJack.

On my recording it does look like he is purposefully reversing into our car. Also I witnessed them driving into each other a few times.

Hello, I was with phil that night, we had tried a heroin run but we were robbed.. we tried a diamond run but were robbed so we wanted to just have fun, we were gonna race then we started to hit each other in the moment, i ran over a cop by accident as i tried to escape the garage but i don't know what happened, i drove away because i was wanted by police and i died somehow as i drove away, and then phil was banned, I have a video of the scene.

Phil seems like a nice guy and never wanted to break any rules he had just had a bad day and was trying to have fun at the end of the day, I hope the decision isn't a perm ban for his sake and if you want my video then just ask

And by the way im sorry to say this but it's laughable to be perm banned for crashing into a police car, how careful do i have to be? they crashed into me aswell, are they going to be banned? I don't think so...

It is not laughable, it is breaking the server rules. Sorry, unbanned and then banned again within a week? And saying it is laughable you are banned for breaking server rules? Nope.
