I have no clue what i did, i have not been on the server since yesterday and i was in a call with my buddy at all times, he can vouch for me that i did no such thing as to discriminate another player.

Why should we unban you ?
Because i have not been given a full reason as to why i was banned, i checked the report page and i do not see anyone that has reported me at all, so i would like proof i did such thing because i have not a single clue as to what i have done.

Okay, forgot i said that but loads of people say that in side chat? ive been called way worse stuff than that and they dont get banned? so i dont understand how that is fair, At least let me off with a warning? i get salty pretty easily but, i would resist now i know chat rules are so strict.

Loads of people get away with being homophobic? I honestly don't think so, as i'm sure most staff members actually check chat logs on the daily for such behavior. Also calling some a retard? people also get banned for saying that it is quite disrespectful, abusive etc. and then calling someone a nonce? On a gaming community? Do you really think that is appropriate behavior to have especially when some of the player base is young? 

the fact you are using "i get salty pretty easily" as an excuse is shocking.

Also the fact you think the "chat rules" are strict shocks me even more.
