Me and a friend had taken a hostage at lakka fuel, and were beginning to start negotiations with the police! My friend jumps in my heli and jumps straight back out again, I'm out side the room facing toward the hostage with my gun out - lowered but out - At that moment I am tazed , and my friend starts shooting, taking out a few I believe, I then wake up from being tazed and start shooting too, until I'm tazed again and killed. I then took this to support thinking that what they did they shouldn't because they greatly endangered the hostage. They tell me there too that I had been restrained but had done a glitch where it did nothing and I could carry on shooting when I shouldn't be able to..

Why should we unban you ?
Because after being tazed nothing pooped up on my screen saying, you have been restrained or something like that, so I assumed I hadn't been restrained and carried on shooting. I did look at the evidence that tom showed for the report and did see it said in chat Oliver has been restrained by.... but at the heat of the moment I hadn't been looking at chat. I had also never known about this glitch and didn't even know it was a thing since I'm fairly new to arma. I believe I should be unbanned because I had no idea I was restrained, and no idea this was a thing I should be carefull for, I now know this and will make sure it doesn't happen again. We did speak about this in support too after tom and another support member explained to me the glitch knowing I didn't know of it, So he even knows I didn't know I did anything wrong. I'm not saying I did nothing wrong - I now realise I did do something wrong, But didn't at the time of the incident. I love the server and cant wish of not being able to join. I am sorry for what happened, but I had absoulutely no idea of the glitch at the time, and if it had popped up saying you had of been restrained I wouldn't have shot and I would stand up and put my hands on my head knowing I was restrained - but I didn't so I just carried on.

It says very clearly on your screen that you have been restrained.

Can you quote the rule you broke and explain it in your own words for me?

 
Samuel, I coudnt find the rule number but I will go like this anyway! I broke a rule by using a Glitch to my advantage therefore helping me to shoot at the police in a situation where I shouldn't have been able too, because at that time I shoudve been restrained.

You are also saying that it said on my screen you have been restrained, It didn't say like it should do - it said in chat, but it didn't pop up for me like it should've, witch at the time I wasn't looking at chat so didn't see - I now know to look out for this glitch though and in future situations I will make sure to look in chat if I believe I may have been restrained!

I couldn't really find one that says Glitch, But I'm guessing it is 2.4, using exploits to your advantage basically, - so in my case, using a glitch to my advantage, not intentially, but I still did it. So I'm guessing that would apply to me, I have looked through all the rules and this is the closest I could find!
