In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for RDM after I was holding up a player at the Copper Processor.

Why should we unban you ?
The player who I was holding up Failed RP by emptying his truck whilst his hands were up, and after knocking him out he tried to get in his truck, then went prone and his animation bugged to show him getting out a weapon. As we had not searched his bag prior to this, I believe I had every right to suspect he could have a weapon on him and was attempting to retaliate.

I fully understand the rules of the server surrounding RDM, and will in the future ensure any kills I make are more thought through and justified. I thoroughly enjoy playing on the server and realise this was a mistake, regardless of the visual bug that occured. I would like to continue playing as a member of the roleplay.co.uk community.

 (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Shooting/killing someone without engaging in roleplay with them is not only unfair, but it also takes away from what the roleplay community is about. You are not allowed to shoot someone without a good reason to (e.g. they fail to comply to your demands and attempt to attack you back) and RDM (Random Deathmatach) is against the server rules.

He was at my house over new years weekend (when the Ban happened) and used my PC to create a forum account, since he didn't have one yet, and to write his appeal.

Im not sure if you see the IP every time a user logs on or when they post, but when he responds to you next on his Unban Appeal next he'll be on his PC (and own IP)
