Well i got banned because to be honest i clearly didn´t remembered what all happened in that situation and i thought i appologized to Ram and others,but i didn´t. I missunderstood this incident with other i had later that day. And yes i know i fucked up my RP during that initiation,etc. My mic have a delay sometimes and could happened that i was holding shift to sprint and caps lock for initiating,but when i hold the shift,the ingame voices arent working. And i have to admit,that i wasn´t 1st who opened fire. I am really sorry for what happened,and i would like to say sorry to everyone involved as this will never happen again.

Why should we unban you ?
Well i know i made a mistake in that accident,and i would like to continue RPing in this community full of awesome people. I promise that anything like this wouldn´t happen in the future again. This is the best RP community i´ve been part of,and i don´t want to lose all the fun and stop enjoying Arma,cause i couldn´t play on my favourite server where i spend few hours a day. I would like to continue in my police career as i am getting nice quality RP from everyone and i would like to keep it up and help the server by donating some $ in the future.

Basically https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kf1izHm81_E - after what he did i talked to him on teamspeak he denied everything, i told him to wait while i'm uploading the video, and he said ok i will be in alpha vic 4 but he jumped into afk room and muted his teamspeak. the day after i made another attempt to resolve it with him, he claimed the "tiktak is dealing with it already' and i told him nicely you are resolving it with me not with tiktak, he jumped into my channel, i told him that what he did was rdm and he didn't know yet that the guy he rdmed was "ME", so he decided to lie, and said "It was resolved i apologised to the man i shoot" which is an absolute lie.

Yes i had to go afk because i had to babysit my two little brothers. Sorry but IRL>game. And with TikTak i thought he is taking care of it as he came to me into room and wanted to know about that incident and he said he will talk about it with other involved officers. As i said i am sorry for what happened as the initiation was my fault and the fault of the mic. And on the video you can see that i wasn't 1st who opened fire. Tracers are 1stly coming from other side of the road on left. And i have a question,because i told you that i will rubber you if you don't give me the weapon,if i would tell you that i will shoot your tyres if you get in the car and you will start running,will that be proper initiation? And about the denying,i denied because as i said i thought i clearly initiated. Didn't knew in that time that i initiated late as the mic had delay. And about the apologize as i said i misunderstood it with other incident that day. I really regret that i did something wrong and i beg you pardon. Being unable to play on this awesome server is killing me as it is not fun for me to play other games as i get into the Arma RP.

It is your responsibility to resolve situations, no one elses. Also, why would you lie to Ram and say you had resolved it when you hadn't?

 
It is my responsibility to resolve it but as i was called IRL to do something i had to delay it. I just simply couldn't stay as my father was leaving and he asked me to take care of my brothers. Why? It wasn't purpose to lie. I am not a liar.  As i said,because i had it mixed with other incident i had that day.  And as i talked with TikTak he said he will ask other involved officers what happened if i am not mistaken. I am sorry for all i did. I didn´t want to RDM anyone. This is my 1st ban in any game if i don't count CS GO ragequit 1 day bans given automatically by leaving matches.

Personally I do believe he lied with an intention to avoid punishment, because of his reaction of when I revealed the fact that I was me in the video.

I can't be 100% sure, but you can tell when someone is lying, at first he was speechless and did not know what to say, and when he found the words his all story was changed.

I´d like to say,that i wouldn´t lie to avoid punishment,cause everything have consequences. People are learning from mistakes and i the mistake i did was the bad initiation/RDM and i've learned from it. As i said already before,i couldn´t remembered what happened exactly as i mixed it with other incident i had that day. As i was quiet i was trying to remember what happened.
