"(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. "

This rule is about using your vehicle as a weapon.

This rule is needed it the server, so that players would not kill each other, to ensure that the only way you can kill someone else is with valid rp and initiation.

 
Gathering from the ban notes I can see that you knew it was against the rules to VDM someone but decided to do it anyway to get out of the situation (you were being chased by cops). You broke a rule knowing it's against the rules. How can we trust you to not do this again of we give you another chance?

Also what would you do different if a similar situations happens in-game?

As I said iv learned my lesson, and I will not do it again.

If a similar situation would happen, I can take upon quite a few options. 

1. Comply to the police officers.
2. Flee without VDMing.

3. In roleplay initiate and try to take them out.

 
 What has changed since your ban. You have been banned almost 3 weeks ago. Hard to believe that someone who knowingly breaks the server rules to get out of a situation will not break them again. Most people that break rules to get out of a situation do this because they always want to win/never want to lose. How can you assure me that this won't happen to you. That for the first few hours everything will be fine but then that you get into a situation where you don't want to lose something that you will not break rules again?

You can be ensured that this was just a once in a lifetime offense. I have always lost in this and in other servers.
Winning is not on my priorities list. but good roleplay is.

 
I will be giving you a second chance. I want you to read through all the server rules again and if you don't understand one of them come to Join for Support and ask for advice! I don't expect to see you in the unban appeals section again. Don't let me down!
